Whether your event is for 50 people or 1,500 Pop'z BBQ provides the highest service possible to ensure everything goes smoothly. Every meat is cooked to order and served hot off of one of my custom wood-burning cookers. All meats are cooked low and slow for up to 10-12 hours using oak for heat and a combination of hickory and pecan for a truly one of a kind of flavor.

These guys were our caterers and they were absolutely fantastic! Firstly, the food was the most delicious barbecue that we've ever had. In fact, one of our few regrets from the day was not leaving more room for the main meal because we gorged on the appetizers (barbecue shrimp and bacon-wrapped stuffed peppers). Months later, our guests still bring up how amazing the food was when we talk to them; we literally had no leftovers except for some of the sauce which I know I'm going to get into the habit of ordering online.
