No event is too small or too large. Our menus can be customized to your liking. We offer hors d'oeuvres, breakfast brunches, specialty lunch menus, complete dinners and themed parties including casual BBQ's, Mexican Fiestas & pig roasts. Whether you're having an intimate dinner party, a cocktail party, or a big wedding, we can cater your event.
This Jumbo Shrimp is laced with Crab Meat & Japanese Seaweed then dipped in Coconut Batter and deep fried, served with an Orange Ginger Cream Sauce. Fresh Sea Scallops on Skewers with Pickled Ginger & Wasabi arranged on a seasonal centerpiece, what a presentation! A whole spit roasted pig or lamb and BBQ seasonal seafood/Paella is available as well as any meat or fish smoked in our smoker.
Meals must be ordered at least 2 days in advance and will be delivered to your address between 4:00-6:00 pm on your specified day. The meals generally include 1 starch and 1 vegetable as appropriate (no starch/veg with casseroles). The price depends on the market price of food. All casseroles marked with an asterisk (*) are a flat fee of $65 and will easily serve from 6 to 8 people.

Leslie and her team are absolutely fantastic! Food is consistently cooked to perfection and tastes great. For close to six years, we have been hiring Leslie to cater our dinners while on vacation at South Seas Resort. Her menu offers a huge variety of options and she is extremely amenable to dietary needs/restrictions. She is communicative and very professional. I would highly recommend Leslie and her team to cater your meals or an event.

Leslie brought a beautiful dinner to the retirement center where my mother in law resides for her 101 birthday!!Much easier than her going out to eat. It was delicious and pretty. We had lobster tails and medium rare filet mignon which was perfect. It was a fabulous dinner and we will do it again for 102 Birthday!!!!

I highly recommend Catering by Leslie Adams! We used her as a private chef and she was very professional, fun to talk to and the food was amazing! We also had her deliver some dinners that were delicious- well cooked and perfectly seasoned. We will definitely use her again during our next visit to the area!

Leslie Adams prepared the most lovely and delicious meal for my family for our first evening in Captiva for my family. We had 6 adults and three children.
Leslie and Rob set the scene and presented a 5 course dinner that was delectable. We were left satisfied and talking about which part of the meal was best. All parts were great. The kids loved their meals made just for them as well.
I am aware Leslie can cater to large groups but for families renting a home Leslie can get your vacation off to a great start by settling in with a perfect meal. All aspects from set up, preparations, presentations

Don’t waste your time looking else where- Leslie is amazing . She worked with my budget- she was great to have around. Always making sure we were as relaxed as possible
Last but certainly not least- her cooking is amazing ! We had chef at the house , which was so luxurious! But she also does drop off ( super affordable) and delicious-

While on vacation in Cape Coral, we had an evening with friends scheduled. Since going to a restaurant with 8 adults would not be a pleasant experience with all of the COVID restrictions, we decided to host from our home. As I wanted to enjoy the evening and not be stuck in the kitchen cooking, cleaning and serving food, I decided to reach out to Leslie for help. I had never engaged a personal chef before, so the experience was new to me entirely.
