No special event is complete without delicous food and Senor Pepe's Paella Catering is proud to take care of that for you. We cook authentic Spanish paella through out the state of Florida. Paella is a classic Spanish dish that originates in Valencia, Spain. Paella is comprised of rice, saffron, paprika, sofrito and a variety of meats, shellfish and vegetables.
Paella was originally a laborers' meal, cooked over an open fire in the fields and eaten directly from the pan using wooden spoons. Seafood is rare in the fields of Valencia, which is why they used chicken, rabbit, duck and snails. Paella originates in Valencia, Spain and the name of the dish refers to the actual pan.
Senor Pepe's Paella catering understands the importance of the perfect wedding. We work seamlessly to create and customize the perfect paella menu for you and your guests. We coordinate with you and your wedding planner a date to schedule a tasting (if required) to create the perfect paella dish! We understand that wedding receptions are more formal events that require a higher level of attention, time, and preparation.
Authentic Paella Valenciana: the original paella made from chicken, rabbit, and snails (optional of course), and no prawn (shrimp) in sight. Paella Vegetal or Vegeterina: Spanish cuisine has broken from its typical mentality by providing a vegetarian option. Paella Valenciana (Our Recipe): made with chicken, Spanish chorizo, saffron-infused rice, green beans, butter beans, and tomato sofrito garnished with rosemary, peas, and roasted red peppers.
A: Paella includes a tossed green salad, balsamic vinaigrette dressing, dinner rolls and all (standard) disposable plates and eating utensils. Q: Can I use my own silverware, dinnerware or disposable plates I purchased instead of the ones you provide? A: Time of arrival is determined by size of event, location, travel time and the time you would like paella ready for serving.

Senor Pepe’s was an absolute pleasure to work with. Due to COVID we had to cancel and reschedule our event and Chef Jose was extremely professional with his responses and communication throughout the booking process. The experience of cooking onsite was delightful and the guests enjoyed the interaction. The paella was delicious and I look forward to my next event that I am able to book this company again. Senor Pepe catered our wedding a couple weeks ago. The paella was a huge hit! Not only is it much more affordable than other catering options (especially for weddings) the food is top notch. We did the traditional, Mexican, Jambalaya, and vegetarian options. Their serving sizes are very generous. I actually stopped the server from completely filling up my plate because I didn’t want to be in a food coma on my wedding day, a decision I slightly regretted because the food was so good. The hungriest guests kept going back up to try other options. We ordered a tasting first, and while that food was

My wife contacted Jose for my birthday party. He showed up early and he did such a beautiful presentation with the paella . He provided salad and rolls along with the plates so it was great that we didnt have to do anything. I would absolutely recommend him and will use him again .

Senor Pepe was so fun and easy to work with. I hosted a rehearsal dinner at my rental house for 25 guests. The dinner experience he provided to my guests was like nothing many of us have encountered before! The food was excellent too with just the right amount of flavor and spice that left us all satisfied and abundantly full. I highly recommend Senor Pepe's for your catering needs!!

Absolutely amazing!!! So polite and professional the food is to die for♡♡♡ whomever says their rude hasn't had them. Señor Pepe, is a paella genius. He has such a passion for the paella and it's evident when you taste it. BURSTING with flavor, my favorite is the vegetarian but he makes a seafood one with fresh lobster... everything is fresh. I've had him cater a few of my events already and he never ceases to amaze me. I have another party in a few months and I already have my date reserved♡
