OnPoint is an Owner-Operated Independent Home Inspection Service is currently serving Maine at this time. We offer discounts to our Military, Active and Retired, as well as Seniors Citizens. We will work weekends and most holidays to accommodate customers needs. I earned my Bachelors Degree in Business Administration (focusing on building construction) from Husson University in Bangor, Maine.
A thorough professional home inspection report will be sent to you via email within 24 hours of your Home Inspection. Our services include the general home inspection which we do an all around full inspection of the interior and exterior of each home, a water test is optional, but in that we do a full water test, send it off to our water quality treatment facility to get the results in 1-3 days.
It starts with a community solar project that is developed in your area. Developers seek out customers like you that value clean energy and the cost savings it can provide. During the enrollment process, the developer will look at your average energy usage over the past 12 months and allocate enough kilowatts to offset up to 100% of your monthly electric bill.

Jerry was such a kind and professional gentleman, he was extremely informative, and could keep a proper conversation. His professionalism was very refreshing. He even stayed for a small chit chat afterwards, and eased a lot of my anxieties with the situation at hand, and wrote a very clear and informative letter on what path to take and what direction to go!! Jerry was very thorough and was able to schedule an inspection and coordinate additional tests on a very tight timeline. He was also extremely responsive by phone, text, and email, which made it so easy to work with him. On Point delivered a very expeditious professional home inspection report! We are in the midst of a contract to buy a home in Southern Maine and we are in a situation where a rush was needed.
