A home inspection is a relatively inexpensive way to discover the universal condition of a home and its components. A home may often look move in ready, or even show some defects to an untrained eye. However with my extensive background and training I often unveil issues that are not noticeable to many people.

I hired Geno to do a pre-listing inspection of my home so I knew what needed to be fixed before putting it on the market. It was the smartest decision I've made in a long time! Not only was he thorough and helpful, he gave me tips on how to address the problems correctly. Now, I can list without worry and have the confidence that I am selling a problem-free home. Geno did a great job for us. We bought an 1820’s farmhouse and hired Geno to do the house inspection. He started the inspection with a statement to the effect of. “Do you know what you are getting yourself into?” Despite that being a crazy idea for those of us who are not handy, we proceeded and Geno was beyond thoughtful, informative and very thorough. He spent most of the day at the home and scheduled a return trip to inspect as much of the sewer system as he could get access to, including going above and beyond on a bitterly cold, snowy day. No one seemed to know where the septic tank

We highly recommend House to Home for your home inspection needs. Geno was wonderful to work wth and was extremely helpful throughout the process and afterwards. The home inspection was extremely thorough and he explained everything including a lot of pictures which helped us to figure out what we needed to get done to ensure the purchase went through
As a result of his inspection, we were able to get some additional work done on the home by the seller prior to our finalizing the deal. Again, He has also been great in responding to many questions w head after the sale.

Geno's home inspections are very thorough and his reports explain all details, and include a lot of pictures to help us understand what he is describing..
I recently avoided a very expensive mistake by having Geno inspect a home I had made an offer on. There were several serious issues I had not noticed but Geno found them and had complete documentation. The seller refused to help out with correcting the issues so I canceled my offer because I could not afford to buy the house and then spend tens of thousands, fixing it.

Geno is friendly, organized and professional. His construction experience gives him solid practical experience, which was evident during the inspection. He encourages interaction throughout and was more than willing to answer any questions. In my opinion, his best trait is his honesty. With such an important purchase, I appreciated his straightforward approach.

Geno was amazing. Not only was he extremely professional, but very personable as well. He encouraged my wife and I to do a walk through on the home we are in process of purchasing as he did his inspection. Any questions we had were answered on the spot and very honestly.
