I have lived here at The Ridge of Blue Springs for 2 years now, and I love it. The office staff has changed a few times over the years, but they have always been so friendly and helpful. I was just reading the other reviews and I am sure there has been some kind of miscommunication, because Everytime I have brought an issue to the ladies in the office it has always been handled. The maintenance staff is also very fast to get things resolved and fixed. I enjoy living here at The Ridge.

I have never once have had an issue with the complex (management or maintenance). We have not had anything but positive things we could say about the staff and space. The three bedroom apartment is so spacious! Washer and dryer hooks up, dish washer, garbage disposal, and a spray nozzle for the sink are making household chores so much easier. Very affordable. I haven't seen anything this size and with these amenities while I was looking around for a new family home.

Love it here! Clean, lively property. Beautiful apartments, floors, appliances and overall quality is outstanding. Friendly, Responsive, understanding office staff. And the maintenance team when there is a problem is expeditiously efficient and trustworthy. One of there maintenance guys even got first place at maintenance olympics. Idk. Great place to live, I have and would definitely recommend to a friend.
