We have been here almost a year and we are planning on renewing our lease. We really like our apartment which is handicap accessible (which I need) while it maintains all the luxury look and feel of the other apartments. I especially like all the cabinet space and the modern look of our apartment. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and maintenance responds quickly to any request we have had. We have great neighbors in our building. We have enjoyed the “Food truck Thursdays” and other events the office staff has provided.

Moved in short term due to a fire in our home. At first glance, it seemed too good to be true. And was it too good to be true. We moved in with them knowing it was short term and when they said we failed to give them 2 months notice to move out, keep in mind we told them from the beginning it was only going to be 6 months and they assured us it would not be a problem, they tried to charge us 2 months rent for not giving them notice. We gave them notice when we moved in, 6 months ago. We worked that out with the office, paid extra rent to make the problem go away and then we moved out. We moved

Absolutely a beautiful apartment complex highly maintained. Also Accommodations for folks who need wide hallways, railings, a garage near the apartment , high ceilings and Mikayla at the front desk is amazing. It’s certainly a place to check out . It is a wonderful apartment complex and very much worth the rent. If one is looking for an apartment complex in Lee Summit, this place is gorgeous, perfect, affordable and the staff is without a doubt the very best !! 😊

I moved in about 2 months ago, and love it so far. Melody was awesome and the application process was quick. I am excited for nice weather to enjoy the outdoor amenities.
There are a few things I wish were available. For instance, I did not know this was a non-smoking property. I understand smoking is prohibited in the actual apartment, but I feel like I should be able to on my own patio. If this is not something that can be possible, I think there should be a designated area for smokers. I also think there should be more Dog Waste receptacles. I do have the perfect situation to let my dog out
