We love our apartment here at the Cedars. Like all apartments we’ve had some maintenance issues arise, but overall we are happy with the maintenance staff and office staff. When we moved in everything was renovated and most appliances updated. We are happy with the amount of space and overall happy that we made the choice to live here.

I would give this apartment complex and it’s management no stars if I could. I do not recommend living here. The apartment itself looks great until you look at it closer, the appliances are old, a/c goes out constantly and it’s overall poorly maintained. I also had my car stolen while I was living here and the office staff did absolutely nothing to help. The stove was broken the entire time I lived here. The exhaustion of trying to get a hold of staff to respond to me in a timely manner was ridiculous, they do not care about you only getting their money.

I have reviewed Cedar Brook Apartments before but now that we have moved out I feel like I should review them again. My fiance and I lived at Cedar Brook from March 2015 through April 2021 and to be honest we did love living there. All places are going to have issues from time to time and with the pandemic, I feel that the Cedar's did the best they could on staying up with everything. Over the years I have really noticed some changes that have really improved the overall curb appeal of the complex and to be honest, I think they have done a great job making the place look more modern and beautiful

I moved in august 2020 I moved in at 32 weeks pregnant. I was told I couldn't see my unit until I signed the lease due to covid. As soon as I moved in my AC was broken. They sent someone out promptly and they said it was fixed but the same day it stopped working. This went on for weeks and the remainder of my pregnancy. Finally they had a certified electrician come in. It took him DAYS in my unit. He told me that fluids were leaking into the walls and they they just kept adding more fluids and the whole wall would need to be removed. He also confirmed

Just like every apartment, there's pros and cons to living here. Overall it's a nice place to live!
Pros:
The covered parking is amazing and is included in my rent!
The apartment is gorgeous for the price and has plenty of space. There's lots of updated features.
The location is super convenient and there's lots nearby. I love the little creeks they have in the complex.
The complex is very pet friendly.
There's on-site security (although that didn't stop my liscense plates from being stolen).

Laundry. The laundry place is so bad that I now go to a laundromat instead. I can dry the

DO NOT RENT HERE! The manager is incompetent and rude. We Scheduled our final walk for 4:15 on August 31st. Conveniently, no one showed up so we went to the office and the manager has an "urgent" call that she couldn't get off of to do our walk through. So myself, and three other separate tenants, waited 1.5 hours for the call to be over. She was flippant, rude, dismissive, and down right disrespectful during the 2 minute walk through. Me and my family moved in to these apartments in September of 2016. Since then we have had wasps, spiders massive leaks oh yeah and an electric bill of 250 dollars all through the winter. I just moved out of this complex and spent $130 for a full apartment cleaning as a courtesy to the complex to make sure I got a full security deposit refund. The complex charged me $85 for apartment cleaning and $75 for carpet cleaning!! Needless to say, they have kept the full deposit and are now charging me ADDITIONAL money for a SPOTLESS apartment with video and pictures to prove how clean this apartment is! I left this apartment cleaner than when I moved in because the unit was filthy upon move in! There was a strong smoke odor, hair on the shower and bathroom walls, dead spiders everywhere
