Read the negative reviews and then carefully read the response from the business. That will tell you all that you need to know. Personally if a business responded to me the way this one does for speaking facts, they would end up making it worse for themselves. Responses with emotion as well as placing blame on the person leaving the review is not good ways to handle complaints. They went so far as to call one person out for “having bad credit”. They responded also by suggesting they won’t continue a persons lease even though in the same response that the complainer had a legitimate gripe

I recommend all military families that are coming to the Ft. Bragg area to work with Soldiers First Real Estate for your needs. The entire staff is military affiliated. They can help you with renting or buying; you will not regret working with them. My family and I are very appreciative to the entire Soldiers First Family. Soldiers First managed my rental home and my home sale when it was time for me to sell. They managed difficult renters very well, made sure my home was well protected and updated as needed. When I was considering selling, they gave excellent advice about timing for the market, preparation before sale, and we’re extremely responsive throughout. They are wonderful. They expertly handled our rental property, and when the market conditions were favorable for us to sell, Mark and his team took complete control of the sale of our home, kept us informed, made the process fast and seamless, and got us OVER asking price for our home. They closed for us and our profit from the sale was deposited into our account the same day we signed the papers which is unheard of. Soldiers First is head and shoulders above the competition!!! Mark and his team are AMAZING. He has managed our property for almost 5 years. We wanted to sell a couple years back but he advised us to wait and we listened and we are so thankful that we did , but only did Mark get our home sold this year in less than 7 days on the market but he made us an AWESOME profit from the sale.

We have been living in one of the properties they manage for over 3 months now and have not had a single service request taken care of. These service issues are things like outlets not working, a hole in the tub, and screens falling out of the porch edging....pretty reasonable service requests. They just keep telling us they have issues with the contractors but nothing changes or gets done. Highly recommend not renting from this company.
