Susie's Mama Bear Pre-School & Child Care Center offers a variety of activities, learning opportunities and benefits to our parents from arts & crafts to flexible scheduling. We at Susie's Mama Bear are proactive to any product that provides additional safety for your children. We've installed the "Precious Passenger" in all our vans!
Creating an inviting and friendly environment is what Susie's Mama Bear curriculum is all about. Pinnacle Curriculum provides teachers at Susie's Mama Bear with a daily theme-based guide that is engaging, developmentally appropriate, and fun for your child. At these young ages, the environment and learning experiences your little one is exposed to are so important for development.
Description: We have positions available in our preschool and toddler classrooms. Please apply at our 12th street location, 16830 N. 12th Street, Phoenix. All applicants must provide a copy of their high school diploma or equivalent, a negative TB test, a food handlers card, letters of recommendation and 6 months of prior experience in a licensed facility, and a fingerprint clearance card.

I’m disappointed in the way the staff handle situations in which the parent should be notified as soon as possible - not in a casual update upon pick-up that she had a “little ouchie.”
Another child bit my 18 month old, and I get kids are kids, but there was apparently enough time to break skin through her shirt and according to them - it’s a little ouchie. I can’t imagine how upset my daughter was and it was only her second day there - so she doesn’t even know them that well. As a mom who works from home, I’d rather take my daughter somewhere else so I can focus on work and and

I posted a review on Yelp and you should check it out too! I love Susie Mama Bear's daycare. It really does not feel like daycare. It is more like dropping the kids off at a close relative's home. The owners and staff greet the children by their names. I can't remember that many names so I am impressed. They know the children's quirks and what works or doesn't work for that particular child. We are more than satisfied with this daycare. Our child has been to multiple daycares due to my extreme pickiness and also moving. This is definitely my second favorite. The very first thing I recognized was the cleanliness and peacefulness of the environment. The kitchen, however, is the CLEANEST kitchen I've seen. That's when I confirmed that I felt completely comfortable with my son attending this daycare. I am a nanny, previous preschool teacher and a first time mom. So when looking for a preschool for my two year old daughter to start I sure did my homework. I personally love mom and pop places compared to a big corporate centers. They worry more about the kids and the families compared to the money they are bringing in. I have read some of the negative reviews on here and I feel like they are just salty people lying i have been taking my two boys here for a year and I absolutely love this place and so does my 4 and 2 year old! They are extremely nice and never once have I had a problem! susie is there almost every day and they are very secure with a outside lock and use of chips to even remove your kid from the class! I highly recommend this facility!!! Plus that send them home with the cutest arts and crafts ever!!

Susie’s mama bear is the absolute best! All of my nieces, and nephews have attended since they were very young, as well as my son, and multiple friends of mine bring their kids here! My 1 year old son loves his teachers and doesn’t ever want to leave when we pick him up. They run this school with honor and integrity! I will always recommend Susie’s mama bear to all of my family, and friends!
