Adriana Rincon is dishonest and not true to her word. She was the realtor representing her daughters to buy my home. They had to extend the closing date and wrote an email offering me to lower the seller credit by $1000 for the inconvenience. Once the paperwork came through to sign, the credit wasn't mentioned. They had to extend the closing date twice and after the 2nd time my realtor insisted they honor the original agreement. They still only honored $350.
The worst part is that she made almost $8000 on the sale.

My wife and I knew we found our home in December 2020. While everything in the world seemed so chaotic, I have to say it was a dream experience working with Monique at TR Realty. She seemed to drop everything the moment we knew we found our family home and moved the process quite quickly. She was prompt with her updates and pushed paper work along smoothly. With no delays we closed in January. She greeted us in our new home with Champagne and a Bouquet of roses, call me a hopeless romantic but she really knows how to swoon these ladies over. It was obvious to us with her dedication and punctuality

Honestly no respect. Called 15 times post sub leasing and they still threatening to take me to court without giving any explanation whatsoever. As I was moving out, she referred to me as a weasel for leaving. Do not rent here, I feel bad for the homeowners who trust this company with their money.

Monique Espinosa Lewis is the greatest realtor I’ve ever worked with. She is on top of her work and knows exactly what’s she’s doing! She found me and my family a great rental property and was with us every step of the way! She listened carefully and checked all out request for our rental. Monique was great. Selling or buying a house is a scary thing. Unfortunately I had to close a chapter in my life and part of that chapter was selling my house. Let me say this, best and easiest thing I have done. Very stressful but Monique was there every step of the way. She was very honest and walked me through every step one step at a time. She made me feel like I was her friend and not there just to do her job. We connected on so many levels. I will definitely reach back out to her for my next home purchase. Thank you Monique .

I had the opportunity to call Adriana Rincon in regards to a property my son was living in and this women is rude and does not care about your feedback. If you want someone to manage your property, pick someone else because she has a bad attitude and does not care about who rents from their company. I DO NOT recommend her to sell or manage your property for you.
