From the very start Nicole arrived promptly and prepared. Within 48 hours of contacting her she was at my house with a plan and the necessary research needed to forecast the listing price. She was easy to talk to , kind and she is a good person! She has a passion for reality and it is very clear. Her team is responsive, professional and a pleasure to deal with. The entire team at The Vanguard Group: eXp Realty were FANTASTIC to work with through the home selling AND buying process. It was an incredibly stressful three month process but the Vanguard ladies got my husband and I through it! Nicole Churchill was my listing agent and her partner Cassidy Rossi was our buyer's agent.
