I took this program online for my job and finished within a few weeks. The real time stressor was the fingerprint card just FYI to any others that have a due date for their license. The actual course, though, was really easy and quick to move through. I was worried doing it online instead of in the classroom would be harder but I enjoyed being able to move though the course at my own pace and re-watch the lesson videos at my own convenience. I felt fully prepared for the tests and passed both the school and state exam on the first try. Thanks Hogan!

The Hogan experience is really unmatched. I have had many educational opportunities over the years and I can say that the Hogan course ranks right up near the top in terms of professionalism, educational content & value, and ease of learning. Being offered the opportunity to take classes online sounded great, but I’ve had several issues with the online version, and maybe the fact that Hogan was sold. We agree to follow certain rules in order to be allowed to participate and receive credit for attendance. In one class, the moderator seldom looked up at the screen and seemed to be doing her own homework the entirety of the class, so how was she aware of students being off camera at any given moment? In another class a student was taking the class while a passenger in a vehicle for the first hour and a half of class. She appeared back

Hogan was recommended to me by agent friends of mine. I took the online classes at my own pace. After completing my class it took several times to pass the school exam, I began to get frustrated but continued studying. Today I passed the state exam on my first try using only the study material from Hogan. Hogan provides all the information necessary for the state exam and helpful information on how to become an educated realtor! They have my recommendation

I'm doing the online salesperson class and the man in the videos does a great job at explaining things and repeating important points. However the Bio sig they require between each lesson is ridiculous. You have to write using your screen or pad a 4 letter or digit code and you have to get it extremely close to the way you wrote it originally every time you are done with a small lesson to move on. I've spent more time having to redo my code over and over because I can't draw it exactly the same every time. I'd be impressed if anyone with a laptop and draw the same thing almost

I completed the online version of Hogan Real Estate. I don't have anything to compare it to but it was good for pacing and doing on my own time. The reviews were very helpful and the home pretest extra helpful. I passed the state exam the first time and did not need to retest. You do need to study and know terms and definitions but the online school does the job. :) Also, I'm out of Phoenix but it didn't matter even though Hogan in is Tucson.

I needed some help with missed test questions after passing and Jenny went out of her way to take the time to sit with me and assist me in understanding what and why I missed the specific questions.

The instructors at the Hogan School were experienced, engaging, knowledgeable, and always willing to help (even outside of class hours). The staff there are top notch and helpful as well. I was completely prepared for the AZ State license examination. I am very grateful for the instruction, and I cannot recommend this school highly enough.

Signed up for the Online Salesperson Pre license Course. Unfortunately the technology is very flakey. The quiz testing after the video presentations locked my system and lost any ability to navigate out of the locked screen. After an ungrateful exit I logged back in. At this point the only option I was presented was to have the same lesson start over and run it's full length. Also during the video sessions a warning sign came up indicating I would be logged out of the site due to inactivity. This was in the middle of an ongoing video lesson. Don't know how much more active I could have

I leave in Lake Havasu City and I had a problem with my local school when I called Hogan school, they were so friendly and so helpful. I really appreciate for all their help. By the way Mr. Hogan has YouTube channel which I highly recommend this to all new students.

Highly recommended. Very unique in their teaching process and supplies students with more than enough resources to pass the first time. If you do not pass the final it is because you didn't follow the Hogan Way. The staff are supportive and the building supports a healthy learning environment. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and they want you to succeed. I had a great experience. This is coming from someone who is licensed in another state, so I have other schools to compare Hogan to.

Every single teacher I had at this school had stated if you know the vocabulary you will 100% pass states. Another teacher said ignore the math sections, but guess what the state test is mostly math and the test questions are worded in a very hard intriciate manner in states. Hogans tests are no where near getting you ready for states. I pass Hogan's tests easily. They need to prepare the students with more math instructions and harder worded test questions. This will help their graduates pass states. Is this not what the school is for ? To prepare us for the states. Do not listen to the

Learning about being a real estate agent or broker can seem like a difficult thing. Finding the right place to learn is absolutely critical. After talking with different agents in Tucson, I decided to go to Hogan for my Arizona licensing. It was the best decision.
The level of instruction is amazing. Their instructors were able to explain all sorts of concepts easily without having to go into 'over-explaining". They made the classes a fun learning experience. Getting a good grasp on the rules and regulations was easy to do with the learning materials, daily quizzes and classroom
