I am a licensed residential builder in the State of Michigan (ID #2102211191). I have been licensed as a builder for 5 years. This sets me apart as the State of Michigan does not license home inspectors. I have worked in the building and inspection industry for 14 years. I inspected hundreds of bank owned homes during the foreclosure crisis.
A general home inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of a residential property (as delineated below), performed for a fee, which is designed to identify defects within specific systems and components defined by these Standards that are both observed and deemed material by the inspector.
We also offer additional services including water leak investigation, energy loss investigation, and thermal image consulting. Inspections aren't just for home buyers. If you're selling a home, doing a pre-sale inspection helps you maximize your sale price and mitigate the risk of the buyer's inspector finding something unexpected.

Ryan was great and so thorough with his inspection. I am a first-time homebuyer, so I had little knowledge about how to select a home inspector. I chose Ryan based on the positive reviews his business had, and I definitely made the right choice! He arrived early, asked if there was anything specifically I was on the lookout for (for me, it was any major foundation/water/roof issues), then got straight to work and did an extremely thorough inspection of the home. Ryan conducted two home inspections for us recently. During the first home inspection, Ryan found multiple issues with the structural integrity of the home that were not included in the sellers concessions. We were able to get out of the contract and found a different home. During the second inspection, we were unable to be there because of the covid 19 travel restrictions. Ryan used a video conference app to walk us through the house and the property. We felt very comfortable purchasing the home after Ryan sent us the inspection report. He was very thorough and really took the time to explain

If you’re looking for an honest, friendly inspector, Ryan is your guy. He was very thorough and explained to me what he observed while he was here. He educated me on things to look for in the future and minor things to improve that would help with preserving the foundation for years to come. He was scheduled to be here at 9am knowing that I would be going into work late that day because of the inspection. He showed up about 15 minutes early which was great! Very happy with him and will definitely refer him to friends and family.

I just moved to the Metro Detroit area from the U.P. I put an offer on a house and Ryan was suggested to me by my realtor. I have to say that Ryan is an outstanding professional. Hi my experience with Inspection Pros, LLC, Royal Oak Mi 48067. My Daughter and her boyfriend were buying a house, first time home buyers.
