Darrul was great! He was very detailed and explained everything to me during the inspection. He took videos and pictures of everything and had a full inspection report to me within hours. He also could have easily rescheduled due to very inclement weather (snow storm!) but he was the first person at the house and ready to go! I would highly recommend him!

This is my second home purchase and I was absolutely impressed and pleased with this inspection! Darrul was personable and professional. He began and completed the inspection in a timely manner and his debrief was thorough and comprehensive. He addrssed a number of my personal supplemental questions and was willing to speak with my husband later in the evening to offer suggestions as well. I would highly recommend having Darrul come out for a home inspection. He was very professional and thorough. He came out to inspect a new construction home and found some very important issues that the builder had missed. He gave us a very detailed report on the items he found along with his recommendation to resolve those items. Even after the inspection (a few days), I had additional questions and he was very receptive and had no issues with me contacting him at any time to discuss my questions. Mr. Stocks was a punctual and thorough inspector, as well as being very approachable with questions.
