Molds have the potential to cause health problems. Molds produce allergens, irritants, and in some cases, potentially toxic substances. Allergic reactions to mold are common and include hay fever-type symptoms, such as sneezing, runny nose, red eyes, and skin rash. Molds can also cause asthma attacks in people with asthma who are allergic to mold.
Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas found in soils, rock, and water throughout the U.S. Radon causes lung cancer, and is a threat to health because it tends to collect in homes, sometimes to very high concentrations. Testing is the only way to find out what the radon levels are in a home.

Glenn first inspected my father's home, his inspection was thorough and very easy to understand. I then hired Glenn to inspect my new home, again his inspection was thorough and easy to understand. Not only did I receive a top notch inspection report, he also provided a handful of detailed repairs for my new home.
Glenn is fast, easy to work with, and most of all a trustable person. I highly recommend Glenn for your next inspection!
