I have been impressed with the explanation and education about the process, the punctuality of the technician, and his excellent customer service. Rigo Pest Prevention originally completed the termite inspection for our home inspection when we were in the process of purchasing it. I have worked with Manny for the past year. He is extremely professional and courteous. We had scorpions when we moved in. Since starting service with Rigo we have not had any scorpions, nor any other pests, in the house! Manny addresses any and all of my concerns very thoroughly. We've been using Rigo for over a year now for our pest control and are very happy with the level of service. Manny is not only very helpful and responsive to our pest issues, but he also genuinely cares about making sure we're happy with the level of service. Have been with them for years! They are the best... and Rigo is very responsive to all your questions... Manny is our technician.. always professional... he is thorough... and has become a part of our household. We are sitting on a scorpion and centipede nest and they have done wonders to limit intrusions... also cocktoaches and ants beware!!!

About 4 years ago I moved to Tucson from New York City and Los Angeles. Greatest move I've ever done. Especially getting out of Los Angeles which has become a twisted filthy place in decline. Hopefully I will become Mayor of Tucson one day soon and take out that ideologically bent and incompetent witch Regina Romero. In the mean time I am focusing on my beautiful home. As long as Manny is still working at Rigo I will be using Rigo.
