We're so happy we went here, and as another reviewer wrote, wouldn't want to go anywhere else. This place is the real deal. As another reviewer wrote, the space feels like Breakfast at Tiffany's, but the staff is friendly, helpful and down to earth. You can feel the history -- they know jewelry, having been in business over 50 years. We were in such good hands with Derek Bennion - he really went above and beyond with helping create a ring from my grandmother's stone - and the results speak for themselves. Bill and his son treated my husband and I with such authentic care and kept us informed throughout the entire time Bill skillfully cut my wedding ring off my enflamed finger. I have since been to a couple of dermatologist appointments because my ring finger is still in the healing process, but otherwise would have gladly had him adjust my ring. I was very pleased with my watch shopping experience at Bennion Jewelers. A salesperson there helped me look at multiple watch models and explained things to me clearly and openly. They had a wide variety of brands and models in stock and even had some that fit my stringent criteria. With multiple dive and dress watches similar to what I was looking for, I was very impressed with their selection. They were more than happy to let me try watches on and hep me find the right fit. I have a smaller wrist and was surprised when the salesperson knew how to cater to that and had models that would work

Great customer service from Paul. I was looking for a particular/unique spring bar for my Longines Hydroconquest, and Paul was able to get it for me. Despite not getting watch from the place, Paul still went the extra miles to help me get the part, so I can put the watch on my wrist again. Highly recommend you to visit Paul to scratch your Longines or TAG Heuer itch.

WOW I love this place. We went to SO many jewelers (20+) looking for a unique engagement ring. We walked into this store not expecting much and were so pleased with the selection. They have the classics, but also more current trends (the type of stuff I thought you could only get on
etsy). Ultimately-- I really wanted a Ruby ring and we were able to have one made based on a setting they had in the store. They ordered in the exact type of ruby i wanted (an opaque one) and let us pick exactly what we wanted. Also-- they are very affordable! I thought it would be more expensive then other stores

This was my first visit to Bennion Jewelers and I have already recommended it to several of my girlfriends. Not only is the space beautiful and welcoming (I felt like Audrey Hepburn in breakfast at Tiffany's- swoon) they have an incredible selection of jewelry and a very helpful team (thank you Bill & Tracy!)

My boyfriend and I got engaged yesterday and he wanted us to out and pick the rings together! Our boss actually recommended this place because it's where he got his engagement ring for his wife and he said the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and weren't pushy. We walked in and Kim greeted us and walked us over to where the rings were. This was all super foreign to me. I didn't know anything about the different cuts, the mountings, none of it. Bennion Jewelers is the best place to go for high quality jewelry in Utah! I've been coming here since I was a little girl with my grandma and my mom, and now I am getting to purchase some amazing pieces from Bill. Most recently I bought an excellent Morganite ring from the 50% off case. I also got a classic strand of small diamonds but with a twist, BLACK DIAMONDS! This is such a great piece and was so affordable I had to get it!
The 50% off case is my FAVORITE! I've found some of my favorite rings there, and they are beyond worth it. I have gotten so many compliments on the pieces

So there are several reasons to visit this jeweler. A great line of products... rings, bracelets, watches necklaces, but they are also a locale jeweler since the mid 50's. But the one stand out for me? The service. Tracy and gang are all great to work with and go above and beyond with picky customers like myself!
