My partner literally went in here with references of a hair cut and color. This is possibly the choppiest haircut I've seen on him in 8 years, and we have gone to cheap haircutteries, so that's pretty sad as far as quality goes there. He asked for grey/silver hair, based on what they could do. He walked out with what isn't even platinum blonde, and certainly isn't grey or silver. If someone books an appointment for a service you can't provide don't try to rush them out, do a split appointment, tell them what you can achieve or have them reschedule all together. Unfortunately, probably the worst manicure I've had. I arrived well before closing but by the time the pedicure was done (which was good), it was near closing and maybe that's why I got such a rushed job. My nails are terribly filed. They are uneven and I'm constantly accidentally scratching myself with the sharp corners. The polish is so thin and already chipping 2 days later. Honestly, I could have done a better job myself without spending $37, and I'll probably just do that moving forward.

I was really excited to find this nail salon in my neighborhood. After sleuthing reviews, I decided to make an appointment with Anna, and was surprised at her availability for appointments, but thought I got lucky for a Sunday morning appt. I booked online for a gel mani ($35) and gel pedi ($45). I arrived right at opening. The salon was clean, the staff very friendly. I stated that I had an appt with Anna. A woman who appeared and acted as though she might be Anna engaged me and started my services. When she asked me to pick my color, I requested assistance and stated it was my first time there

I’ve been getting my nails done with Anna for almost 10 years now, Anna is amazing. She always makes time for me and makes me feel and look amazing when we are finished. Two weeks ago I got the chance to get my lashes done and to try a new nail tech named Judy....Guys I kid you not I left looking like a complete bad B$&@?. Please please please when you go ASK FOR ANNA OR JUDY they are the best

Great Men's haircuts at a reasonable price. Anna is a professional stylist who listens to what you want and does an outstanding job. She is up to date with the latest styles. I wear a tight short style (#1 setting) and she does excellent hard part lines on each side. I have been going to Anna's for the past six months. Highly recommended.

I had a similar haircut experience to Jaimie P. The website said $35 for long hair cut, shampoo, and dry. It rang at $55, but they brought it down to $50. I tipped because I know it is a service industry, but I did not have a good experience and didn't walk away with a good haircut. First I walked in, and Anna was not even there yet for my appointment. One of the other stylists had to call Anna in. I still needed to get shampooed so it did not bother me. The seats for the shampooing were extremely uncomfortable. I could not put my feet up but I was basically lying flat so my legs were dangling

I have very short, thin hair which doesn't require a lot of work. Therefore, I am disappointed at the following situation. On 09/21/2020, my first visit, I had a haircut which was good & reasonably priced. I made an on-line appointment for 10/11/2020 to get hair color ($75.) At the appointment, it was suggested to add highlight; no price discussed. Lan applied color & I was surprised that Anna applied the highlights. Before blow drying my hair, Lan started to cut my hair & I said I was ok with the length & didn't need a full cut. Lan said she would only trim a little in

I have been going to Anna Salon exclusively for my nails for a number of years. I trust no one else to do as good of a job or for anywhere else to have them last as long! Sylvia has been doing gel or dip nails for me and they always last at least three weeks! I work in the healthcare industry and am constantly hand sanitizing as well.
I also had my eyebrows microbladed by Anna and have been getting tons of compliments! The salon has a better supply of nail colors than I have ever seen and it is clean and pleasant. Even though I live up in DC I will never go anywhere else!

Worst haircut I've ever received. Ends are choppy and uneven. It was curled and styled before I could review so I couldn't tell until the next day. Also website shows cost of $35, but I was charged $50. Staff does not speak clear English so it was difficult to explain what I wanted or to figure out the price discrepancy.

I came here to get my hair cut and balayaged after moving from Vegas and not getting my hair done for 6 months so, I can't speak for the other services. I scheduled my appointment over the phone almost a week prior and when I checked in, they didn't have anyone available to do my hair. One of the ladies volunteered after finishing up nails for another client. I showed her a photo of what I wanted, asked her if she's able to do that and how many sessions/how long each session would be to achieve it & she told me only 3 hours. I've been going to Anna Salon for almost ten years. Anna goes above and beyond to make sure her clients get the best treatment. I like to have a very natural look when it comes to my nails. She makes that happen even when using dip and or acrylic powder. Silvia is the funniest person I've ever met. She does amazing with pedicures, nails, and waxes. Her wax treatments are almost painless. Cindy always always greets you with the biggest smile! It's so nice to have a clean and comfortable environment to get my spa needs done. Especially now with covid 19. Anna has placed dividers between all the chairs

I want to love this salon because it’s close to home. The manicure felt rushed - in that it was just a polish change, with nothing else typically included in a manicure beyond getting polish - and then when I got back to my car I noticed these little lines on most of my nails. The edges are also a bit messy and there’s paint on my fingers. Didn’t have time to go back in so didn’t give them a chance to fix it and can’t speak on the customer service. But as far as the manicure itself, disappointing :(

I currently live in DC and have been getting my nails done for over 30 yrs and have been to many, many salons. I found Anna's through a co-worker. I found Anna's to be clean, professional and customer friendly. Prices are comparable to the more upscale salons. I have stiletto nails which some salons don't do or don't do well but Anna listened to what I wanted and didn't do what she thought I should have. The location is easy with parking in rear. Great little hidden gem. This is my 2nd visit.

1. it's easy to make an appointment online
2. they have a huge variety of gel (CnC) & matching non-gel polishes.
3. friendly technicians
Cautions:
Limited SNS / dip powder nail colors (~40 mostly reds/pinks/nudes)
Technicians skill levels are varied (I had Le? and Minhdy?)
My regular pedicure was good & thorough, but took an hour. A bit of a miscommunication that she didn't wrap the gel I already had on my nails.
My manicure was decent minus a minor cut on my pinky.
All the technicians are extremely friendly & sweet, but I would recommend being patient
