Upscale the spa manicure that includes warm paraffin or collagen glove (UV protection) & 5 minutes shoulder massage. Choice of scent organic product with warm paraffin or collagen glove (UV protection) & 10 minutes shoulder massage. This treatment consists of soaking your feet in the whirlpool pedi tub, followed by filling, shaping, cuticle trim, light massage with hot towel & a final polish of your choice.

Overall the service was okay at best. For the spa treatments I received, I felt like I overpaid.
Upon sitting I was given water in a cup that had some sort of dust or plastic in it. The area didn’t feel super clean, and I’m not sure if the chair had a massager but no one offered to turn it on.
I felt pressured to choose a color without any guidance - even though I asked for some advice as I thought this is something they would be familiar with day in and out. Ultimately picked a color that Im not super happy with - but it’ll suffice.
For my pedicure, the water I soaked my feet in was lukewarm

Originally scheduled for 11am, had to wait an hour because of staffing but they were very apologetic & accommodating after. You can tell it was accident and not a common problem for them. Moon did my nails and did an amazing job!!!!! She was sooo kind! I never get my nails done but she was patient with helping me decide what to do and I really appreciate that! She was gentle & paid attention to the little details! I can’t say enough how good my experience was. I will definitely start getting my nails done more often and come back to see these ladies!!! Moon is amazing she never disappoints and always exceeds my expectations! Today I spontaneously asked if she could give me jack o'lantern nails for Halloween and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Moon for always knowing just what I want.
Just customer tip this salon is always busy so be sure to make an appointment either by phone or online. They always do everything to accommodate walk-ins but save the wait!

I made an 8pm appointment. It is 820 and I was told I would have to wait another 15 minutes. What is the point of making an appointment if they aren't honored. Also the polishes appear to be water down or have acetone added to them to increase longevity. I live down the street and wouldn't come back here if someone paid me. Horrible experience.

This place is so dirty im just glad I didn't get an infection in my hands. Moon did my nails and my left hand had about 5 small open cuts that hurt so bad and my right hand had one big cut. I told her and she didn't care her and another lady that worked there just laughed at me. I also noticed they don't clean their tools they use on customers feet and hands. I also noticed they treat white woman with respect but women of color they Tend do be rude. I would not recommend this place. It's very dirty small and tight and the staff very nasty and rude.

I live nearby and decided to swing by to get a manicure a few months ago. This is now my go to place!!! I exclusively go here for manicures (SNS dip with tips). I've had some trouble finding a good nail place in Arlington and here I had an absolutely wonderful experience. If you've ever gotten SNS nails with tips you know how long it can take... mine took about 40 minutes which seems so fast it was really nice so I did not have to sit there for over an hour. But the best part is although done quickly they are some of the best nails I've ever had. Will definitely be back again, best

I started coming here when VA allowed nail shops to open....I will admit my first visit wasn't the greatest but decided to give them another chance. I'm so happy I did. I come for the ocean spa pedicure and gel fill-in.
I treated myself once to the reflexology pedicure. It was okay. The shop is always clean and the staff is friendly. Just a heads up... the owner prefers you to pay with cash and has a atm machine in the shop for your convenience. I look forward to my next visit!

At the behest of Tyler, I went back to Ballston Nails. They took off the thick nails and replaced them. Tyler is the technician that had done my nails the first time. He is fast and the quality is great. My nails look and feel like regular nails, not super thick. He is meticulous and takes care of his customers, saying that he will re-train the person that did my manicure last time.

Came in last minute Thursday 8/15 and luckily they were able to squeeze me in. They have a pretty wide selection of regular and gel nail polish. Their pedicure spas were very clean, as they use a plastic bag within each tub as most salons in the area do. The staff was incredibly nice as well, but I do know that there was a bit of a hurry as I came an hour before closing time. They were kind enough to work on my hands and feet simultaneously. We booked our appointment today, came in around 12:30pm. They were super super super nice even though we were 10 mins late.
Moon did an amazing job with my nails. Tyler came and talked to me and he was super friendly. Told me about their happy hour deals Monday-Thursday.
I've tried so many nail salons around the area (seriously check my reviews) and will definitely be coming back here. They are really trying to make sure you leave with a smile on your face. Their non happy hour prices are still very affordable.

I took my fiancé here and the service was incredible. You should definitely talk to Tyler, he is the nicest person and definitely understands customer service. He is very gentle and just wants his customers to be happy.

Tyler did a great job. Went here for my first time today. I was offered a beverage (coffee, tea, wine, or water). I got a full set with a manicure. I will warn you they charge for the shape of your nails and the length (I hate shoe that nickle and dime you). Another downside is the shop is a bit small. I'd hate to see it crowded. A plus is they take reservations online

I went back to fix my original SNS. Tyler was super accommodating and they took me right away. Helen fixed my nails and she did a FANTASTIC job, probably the best SNS dip I've ever had. And she was quick and efficient. You can really tell they care about their customers and want them to be happy. I was super impressed with how they went above and beyond to make me a happy customer. Will def be back and def recommend Helen!

I really wanted to lIke this place because the guy who answered the phone was so nice and they accommodated me coming in on a Sunday but nails have not held up AT ALL! I got the dipping powder in white. I noticed the lady didn't use a base but she didn't need to because it was white. I don't know if that's the problem but I have this crackled looked on my nails that appeared in the first few days and the powder started chipping off two nails in less than a week. I visited Ballston Nails & Spa yesterday for the second time. Both times I visited I didn't have an appointment, but was helped right away. When I entered the establishment I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff and they were very attentive and caring as they did my nails. I had a gel manicure done, and was very happy with the results! I will definitely be visiting again and 10/10 recommend this nail salon!
