Radon is a scentless, radioactive gas that can cause serious health issues - specifically, lung cancer. It resides in air and in water. I'm a little byis but Tom helped my entire family with the inspections of all our house. Radon tested. Mold tested etc. Saved us a bunch of money on the sale found mold and radon at a couple houses. He walked us through every step and his report was actually to detailed to read the whole thing lol. Very professional. Very punctual. Very through. 2 thumbs up. 👍 👍
