Very dusty room. The hallway and room smells and service was unprofessional. Came for a nice relaxing night and was on edge from the time I checked in. Lady that checked me in wasn't happy to be there and it showed.

Ya get more then you pay for.
With the extreme housing shortage in Medford due to last years fire, the cost of a hotel room has gone thru the roof.
There are $$100 rooms and $200 rooms. In the $100 category, this one wins for me

Upon arrival we were greeted by four homeless roaming the parking lot and panhandling. We made our way inside and waited in line 25 minutes to be told our room was not ready. I discovered that the shortage of housekeeping staff. We were finally given our room at 8pm. The room was clean and beds were fine. There was so compensation for the check in delay.

We stayed here for four nights while participating at a local softball tournament, as one of the block of rooms our coach reserved. Based on prior reviews, I was terrified! The hotel is a little older with an older color scheme, located close to the main freeways and stores and restaurants. We had a mini-suite with two queens and a sink outside the bathroom as well as a kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, pod coffee maker and sink. The room is large with counterspace and a flat screen TV, desk and chair. The bathroom and carpet are older but the room was very clean, no bugs or stains, great

We had car trouble while passing through Medford. My car was being worked on and wasn't fixable till the next day. We were recommended this Hotel. This hotel gave us a great military and Federal employee discount! While staying at this hotel they picked us up from the dealership and took us anywhere we wanted within the town, and also picked us up from wherever we were and brought us back to the hotel. Within the hotel is a great restaurant and bar. Prices for food and drinks were great!
The staff were very helpful and so polite. We felt very welcomed here and all our needs were met and then

Not a bad hotel for the price, decently comfortable beds, AC blows cold. But what in the actual hell is going on with their wifi?! It's absolutely terrible. In this day and age, wifi in a decently metropolitan area shouldn't be this slow or difficult to access. Minus two stars for that.

The website says "Be sure to enjoy recreational amenities including an indoor pool/spa" also when I booked via Expedia it says there is a pool available. When we arrived the front desk said, "yes, we have a pool but you need to make reservations. And there are no reservations available". However I was never informed that I had to make a reservation. I also called the hotel twice and no one mentioned that I had to make a reservation. I specifically chose this hotel because it had a pool. And now I can't use it. The lady at front blamed COVID, the world has been dealing

Mother in law booked a room here for a late incoming flight from Washington in at 1245 am asked the front desk manager Melissa before making the reservation asking her would it be a problem if we canceled the reservation since the flight was late and the room might not even be necessary she said it wouldn't be a problem . Reservation was canceled room was never used but she was charged $200.00 for the room, when called to ask about the charges the manager said she was charged because the room wasn't canceled before 6p. When we explained the whole late flight in the beginning there wasn

We checked into our room, and there was an extreme smell of urine. It was so bad we had to air out the room by opening the windows. We were in a pet room since we were travelling with our small dog, so we decided to live with it since we were only staying one night. We were relaxing in our room with our children when all of a sudden another guest started coming into our room! After that our keys didn't work anymore, so I went to the front desk and explained that someone had tried to come into our room. Turns out they had double booked the room! They did apologize, and to their credit, they

On our way home from California and stopped for the night to stay in this hotel. I am mighty picky about 4 star rooms. 5 star would have been better but who wants to pay a zillion dollars for a clean, nice room? Anyway, stopped for the night and I must say. Clean, bright, airy room. It was a mini suite. Under $100.00. The front desk people were wonderful, informative, and friendly! It was a little noisy at 2am as some people were leaving in their cars, otherwise no complaints. The pub next door had delicious food. Had a wonderful breakfast for 5.99. Came with a drink. Not a surprise because

The reviews aren't really updated for this hotel. The only thing we liked here was being inside the room and then we had the pool to ourselves.

There was a lot of foot traffic in & out of the hotel. Locked doors were constantly proped open allowing anyone to enter. Uncomfortable activity seemed to be going on. Plenty of homeless hanging out between the parking and coming in the proped open doors that are supposed to be locked and make you feel safe. I did bring it up to the woman at the front desk that doors were being proped open with rocks and objects and she told me they had to lay

Was a little worried about my stay based on the reviews but over all it wasn't bad. Employees were super nice and greeted me as I walked in. Room smelled good and was pretty clean. The restaurant was good, had one of 5.99 breakfast which was great for the price. My only issues were: blond hairs in my bed(I don't have blond hair) the wall in the bath room was dirty and the micro wave was nasty on the inside. Like most reviews say, lot of people in and out who don't start there. Didn't see anything illegal happening. But a lot of people are displaced in Oregon so nothing you can

Well I won't stay here again, as soon as the sun went down , the parking lot was and hallways was full of prostitution, drug deals and other riff raff. The beds were clean surprisingly and the walls were pretty thick so sound was muffled well. The bathroom was kinda scary it looked like the shower had an old blood stain in it and the fan wasn't working. Though the a/c in the room worked well

Our circumstances were sort of unusual but worth explaining on this review as it speaks to our experience.

We were on a road trip on our way to Crater Lake when our truck broke down and had to be towed to Medford, Oregon. The car dealership recommended that we stay there as it was very close to the dealership.

We were pleasantly suprised by the nice room that they put us in. Though the hotel is a little outdated and the wall plugs were pretty scarce which in this day and age is a big NO NO , overall it was clean and quiet .

Other than that, the restaurant was convenient, tasty and priced right

We came to this hotel looking for a safe place to stay during COVID 19. When we went in our room there was hair and dirt on the bed and used towel on the counter. We also found later that they never took out the trash from the last guests. After that we asked the front desk for a new set of sheets and new towels but they didn't change the sheets they left them on the dirty bed. And never grabbed the dirty towel or left new ones. After all this we started wiping everything down and changed the sheets. As we looked more we found nasty goo on the wall and a dirty hand print on the shower curtain

I enjoyed my stay here. I spent the week working in Medford (stayed at Hampton Inn). I have a friend that was performing Comedy at Chadwick's on Friday, so I extended my stay and changed hotels. It was a fun little adventure.

Since I was in the area I stopped in briefly to see if I could check-in early. I really didn't expect or need to, just wondered. They said they'd call me when room was ready, they never did - but it didn't matter I went around and did some touring and came back around 6 or 7pm. My room was right behind the front desk, no problem, just kind of odd

I love the amenities. Free wifi, indoor pool and spa, mini fridge, and microwave. They even have 2 restaurants attached and is dog friendly. They also have a large area outside to walk the dogs. The decor in the room could be better and the beds could be more comfortable but still a great hotel.

This is an older hotel that is likely deferring maintenance because it is in a smaller market. In general the hotel can be pleasant if:
1. you are a consumer who doesn't require a modern look to the hotel or the actual room.
2. you are not sensitive to noise due to rooms being frequently connected in suite style configurations and the hallway doors being somewhat unhelpful in muffling noise.
3. you are not super creeped out by a few bugs. I believe the rooms are be aired out between guests and i think there are no screens and/or the ac units can pull from an area near bushes and landscaping

Getting a little worse for wear but, more good things than bad. Not really a 4 star and not really a 3 star either.

Rooms are fine except for the chairs which are horribly uncomfortable. Small desk which won't fit much more than a laptop. Clean throughout with nice crisp sheets and just right firm beds. There's an odd counter and sink on one end of the room that could/should be used for other things. Maybe turn that into a large desk space and get a much wider dresser.

Vanity is exterior to the bathroom. No complaints about the bathroom except the adjustable shower head isn&apos

This is the best hotel in town.
The service has improved since my last visit 6 years ago.
Hospitality was excellent. From the front staff, the driver, the pool guy and the waiters, everyone was very professional and friendly.
Pro tip: If you need a ride to the airport, just let the front staff know. They will arrange for someone to get you to the airport on time.

The food has improved too.
This hotel has two dining areas. One is the Regency Grill and the other is Chadwick's Pub. We had 3 breakfasts and 2 dinners at the Regency Grill and the food was much better. Fresh fruit is now an option
