I'm a Certified Elite Personal Trainer, Certified Nutritionist and Certified Lifestyle Fitness Coach. I'm also a 4th degree black belt in Jujitsu and Kempo, and a published author. At Seekonk Fitness Studio, we focus on the six pillars of health: core, strength, cardiovascular, nutrition, balance and flexibility.
