Chef Chris and his staff were very accomodating, creative, and hard workers that went above and beyond for our organization.

The presentation of the food was beautiful and decorated with edible flowers and micro herbs. The deep tastes of the various flavors in teriyaki chicken, curry shrimp and tofu appetizers were delicious. Throughout the event, our 200 guests kept complimenting and you could hear the murmurs and whispers of "Mmmmmm" as people took a bite of his appetizers.

We truly appreciated all his efforts and what a breeze to coordinate and trust him to deliver for us.

We hired Cloud 9 for a large event at the MACC. It was the best thing we did! The food was presented beautifully, it all tasted wonderful, and everything about Cloud 9 was great. I absolutely support this company, and so should everyone else! You won't be disappointed in the least.

Adorned with flowers, arranged artfully with every aspect of color and proportion considered, his dishes are tasted the moment you lay eyes on… them. My family was extremely delighted by the amazing dinner we had served to us in our rental house in Maui by Cloud 9. Chef Christopher arrived with his fantastic team and created one of the best meals we have ever had --and we travel and eat in high-end restaurants frequently. It was 7 courses of the freshest produce, seafood, and ingredients all presented with great style. I am still dreaming of the red curry prawns, the caprese salad with bacon "foam", the delectable swordfish with mini-vegetables, and the final ending of a perfect apple tartan.

Christopher and his crew go out of their way to ensure that you know exactly what you are ordering for your catered event by scheduling a tasting in the Cloud 9 kitchen in Wailuku. From the beginning, he felt like family as he served and introduced to us (as we sat at his table), the various dishes he and his staff prepared.

He made sure that he communicated often before the party and made many accommodations along the way to fit our needs. Christopher and his staff even came by the house to make sure everything would run smoothly and set up plans were in place before the actual day of the party

First, let me say that the packaging was the very best packaging I've ever received from Hawaii - ever.  Yes, I always order catering with the same email template asking for packaging for each food item.  This is the FIRST TIME my requests were honored for every single food item right down to the salad dressings in small LEAKPROOF bottles!  BRAVO!
