If i could give this place 0.25 of a star i would. the dentist was extremely rude, and very aggressive. he came into the room without any greeting and spoke with true disrespect. he told me to open my mouth which i had done and he poked around in my mouth with two sticks, pushing very hard. he started yelling at me and my brother that the orthodontist we just came from can fix this problem. we had came to him for some advice on if there were other solutions except braces. he continued being extremely rude to my brother. we left out of anger and then the dentist said that we just wasted his time

Absolutely LOVE everyone at this office! They really care about their patients! Dr. Phillips is THE ONLY dentist I will EVER go to! I have been a patient of Dr. Phillips for years and she really knows her stuff! She even came into the office on a Saturday to re-cement my fake tooth back in place so I wouldn’t be walking around feeling self conscious without a front tooth. I had to have one of my front teeth extracted and needed a bone graft and had to wait for it to heal before I could get an implant. They are NOT into soaking you or your insurance company with crazy prices or unneeded dental

Staff are always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about their jobs. Dr. Dawn takes her time to listen and plan out the best treatment. She is as gentle as possible and cares about her patients.
It is convenient to have other dentists in the same office for extractions and other services. She also referred me to a great endodontist for a root canal, which went very well.

The dentist made fun of my pain after breaking my tooth in half. They filled it and now that I’ve gone to another dentist after still being in pain, I was told that the filling was way too deep and it was obvious I needed a root canal to begin with. Now I have a severely infected nerve and this could have been avoided had I just been referred to an endodontist to begin with.
