I grew up in Bel Air, MD. I attended Harford Day School, John Carroll, Loyola College in Maryland, and University of Maryland Baltimore College of Dental Surgery. I was an active member with the Bel Air Volunteer Fire Company for 13 years. I enjoy trotline crabbing on the Chester River during the summer and coaching my sons football and basketball teams.

My husband decided to see Dr Kreiner for some MAJOR dental work he needed to have done. Dr Kreiner, Nancy and the rest of the staff have been OUTSTANDING!! They are very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Their customer service skills are superb!! They have been very patient and have explained everything to us very well. Their wonderful demeanor has really put my husband at ease and has always made us both very excited for the future when all his dental work is done and he has his new dentures! I highly recommend Dr Kreiner and his entire team for any of your dental needs small or complex like

I had an emergency situation and Dr. Kreiner saw me within a couple of hours and addressed the problem. He then discussed with me some other concerns in a professional manner. I was so impressed that I came back and he helped solve the other concerns. The staff is amazing, always friendly and willing to go the extra mile for you.

Excellent friendly office staff and a convenient location. Had a broken crown and he made space in his calendar to see me almost immediately. He quickly addressed the issue and won over a new client. Dr. Kreiner's demeanor, thoroughness and ability to handle and problem solve situations makes you feel at ease instantly.

Simply Amazing Dental Care! I've never experienced dental care like this before. From the moment I called and spoke with Nancy, I felt like family. They genuinely care about their patients well being. Nancy takes the time to explain anything and everything to you, so you completely understand. No sense of being rushed! And Dr. Bart, well he is just amazing. He takes the time to really talk to you and explain things so you understand. I've never felt rushed while being in his chair. And I can't say that about other experiences I've had. Dr. Bart used amazing new equipment that made me see my teeth

Talk about Service. I called there facility as a new Patient. Nancy who is Dr. Bart's receptionist (who I might as is super friendly and positive) answered the phone. She took the time to explain his policies and billing procedure and then progressed to setting up an appointment time convenient to me.
When I arrived at the facility I was greeted by Nancy. Awesome to put a face with the name. Dr Bart and his staff was 2nd to greet me. They were awesome and made me feel like I was a patient from the day they opened. I HIGHLY recommend this facility, Staff, and Dentist.
