I'm a new patient at Dr. Shields. My brother and his wife recommended her office because it's in network and we both have the same insurance provider. My initial appointment was fantastic. The intake was fast, the wait - nonexistent, and the atmosphere at the office is very home-like and welcoming. The assistants who did the x-rays and cleaning were both very polite and did thorough work. Dr. Shields herself is very warm, knowledgeable, and professional. It was a very informative and pleasant visit!

Dr. Shields and her staff are first rate - and I should know since I am a retired dentist myself. Very professional and evidenced-based - up on all the latest developments and techniques in dentistry. Also as friendly as they come - she treats my whole family likes hers and makes everyone feel so comfortable. Highly recommend!

The rudest most ignorant person I’ve ever had the displeasure of meeting. Not only did she try to belittle me .. she was dismissive and just terrible . After i sat there for an hour and watched other people with appointments later than mine go before me should have known right then. Do NOT waste your time .

I love my dentist! I love the staff, the office, everything about it. Dr. Shields made me lose the fear of the dentist. The dental staff and the office staff have been great helping me schedule appointments, seeing me when an emergency arises, and helping with my insurance questions. I recommend Dr. Shields highly!

My entire family have been patients of Dr. Shields for years, and have been very pleased. We used to see another dentist and he was constantly recommending additional treatments and procedures we felt were unnecessary. Dr. Shields only recommends whatever is necessary.
Kacey the hygienist is awesome! Very thorough, and friendly too. Office staff is always friendly, everything is clean and bright.
