For nearly 10 years we managed our Concord SF rental ourselves - what a nightmare! Since we "gave up" and "gave in" and retained Golden State .... what a change! Rent was increased to market - a really nice quality tenant moved in - has been there 3 years now - and Dina & Eddie are VERY responsive to the tenant's calls for needed repairs. They have a crew ready for any need. Such a GREAT management company - fair and professional - for both landlord and tenant! Thank you !!

My husband and I rented out our property and used Eddie and Dina as our property management company. They made the process so easy and were always available to answer any questions we had about any piece of the process. Eventually, they helped us sell the property, which was completely painless. They were so hands-on during the entire process and were a complete joy to work with! All our questions were answers and they were quick to walk us through everything that comes up during the process of selling a house. They are a great team and I would absolutely work with them again given the chance!

I LOVE Eddie & Dina!
My experience with Golden Gate Real Estate started when looking for a house to rent because apartments were pretty much the same price so why not get a backyard for the dog? I was nervous enough about it because I hate the type of stuff and we needed to find somewhere before our lease was up. We went to see a house in Pleasant Hill that Dina showed. It ended up renting to the first person that applied (we were second). Totally fair and expected. What I didn't expect was that Dina would call to ask if we might be interested in another property they managed since we didn't get

Eddie and Dina were amazing property managers for me. They found fantastic tenants and provided top notch service and reporting. When the market hit my exit number for this property, Eddie and Dina had me the deal and price I wanted within 7 days. I couldn't be more happy with the effort, communication, and results they gave me. As a result of their help I was able to buy two duplexes with the sale of this property.

Eddie and Dina are an amazing property management team; Eddie helped me from the very beginning, even before our agreement was signed, on how to get the property ready to rent and recommended an outstanding contractor who made the process even easier. I encountered an issue with the laminate floor installation and Eddie was there in no time to help me with options, even on his day off; I was very impressed with his level of commitment and dedication to his clients. I was a client of Golden Gate Real Estate for over a year. They did a fantastic job in managing my property and handled any situations that arose in a timely and professional manner. When I decided to sell the property, they took care of all of the details and their communication was excellent.

I’ve worked with Eddie and Dina for over three years now. Their property management service is fantastic, very responsive, timely, and personal. By staying on top of things they keep my mind at ease. For small repair jobs Eddie would try to fix them himself first so as not to incur cost to me. For larger repair or maintenance jobs they keep me well informed before ordering the service. Plus they always give me a choice between using service providers they identify and finding my own. Their management fee isn’t the least expensive in the Contra Costa area but it’s certainly fair for the service
