Rebecca, the Owner/Operator of Williams Mobility, is awesome at what she does!!! We went through several companies before being lucky enough to find this amazing woman and company!!! She has been providing transport service for our wheelchair bound dad for the last several years. He only felt safe if he knew she was the one transporting him. At 95 he passed away and per his wishes Rebecca provided his final ride. You will not find a more caring, compassionate person providing this service!!! Thank you Rebecca for making my dad feel safe and cared about in his final days!!! We will never forget

Rebbeca Is a great transporter, Safe, very communicative, she makes appointments happen, shes very flexible, I am a receptionist at a senior living facility and, she is beyond out going, I've personally went on a outing and appointment with one of our seniors and she makes the seniors feel safe and you can't leave her vehicle without a good laugh. She always sanitizes the Vehicle after every ride, We as a a community love her services. Thought i should throw in my two cents, so you can get the experience we get with her services.

Rebecca was wonderful. I appreciated here kindness, efficiency and the fact that she was a great driver. Her rates were less than most other Medical Transport companies. I was more than satisfied.

I have used this service twice. One time for a same day surgery appointment, the other time for a major surgery. Rebecca and her team are always on time and provide excellent service. I needed service early Monday morning before their regular hours and they started their day early to provide me transportation.

If you need a courteous, professional and all around great transportation company, then stop looking because Williams Mobility is it. I've had the pleasure of working with her for the past 2 months and she's amazing and genuinely cares about her passengers. Rebecca and her crew are great. Right on time and easy to work with. I needed a ride on short notice and early in the morning and she easily accommodated my needs. Definitely will call her again should the need arise. The driver checked in with me as requested by the hospital and Rebecca came to my room to wheel me out and escorted me home.

There is a good reason that Williams Mobility achieves nothing but 5 star Yelp ratings. Owner/operator Rebecca is the best at what she does and you experience it when you book a ride. Her van is a customized, special purpose passenger van with a nice, soft ride(btw, she is an EMT also). She knows what all the negatives are about most non-emergency medical transport companies( like overbooking and making you wait forever for your return ride) and she does just the opposite- she will wait on-site until your appointment is completed and will get you home safely and comfortably asap. I began using her regularly this last year to transport my elderly, wheelchair bound father.

She's easy to work with and compassionate when dealing with the elderly. She was so good to my dad and easy to work with. I was able to easily schedule appointments and pick ups with her, which made my life easier as I have other family commitments to juggle

I've tried my share of wheelchair transport companies, and Williams Mobility is the best by far. I'd give her 10 stars if I could!

When my personal, wheelchair accessible, van, broke down, I had no means to get home. I called Williams' Mobility and within minutes, Ms. Williams and her co-pilot were there to take me home! They were kind, courteous and very professional. They even dropped me off in my driveway! If you need to be somewhere and haven't the means to get there, give Williams' Mobility a try. You'll be glad you did.

Rebecca was Awesome! On time, courteous and professional. On the way back, she even started the car's a/c 5 minutes prior to my mom got in to the car, so it would be cool and pleasant. Rebecca, thank you so much for all you did for my mom!!

Great service. Arrived on time got me loaded up and safely to the Dr's office, she even accompanied me into the exam room. Then got me home and deposited me in from of my TV. Already booked for a future appointment.

This is my first contact with any kind of non-emergency medical transportation and I could not have asked for a better experience. I was arranging transportation for a family member and we worked it out smoothly. Rebecca answered my call right away, answered all of my questions and booked appointments without delay, showed up on time and stayed with my family member and delivered him safe and sound back home. The cost is very reasonable. I will be using the service again and recommending it without hesitation to friends and family.

I used Williams Mobility a few weeks ago for transport to a colonoscopy appointment. She arrived right on time (actually a little early) and waited at the surgery center until the procedure was done to take me back home. Price was very reasonable and I felt like I was in good hands the entire time. Thanks for making an uncomfortable procedure a LOT easier. I highly recommend Williams Mobility and would use her again in a heartbeat.
