Our medical transportation services are designed for individuals who depend on a wheelchair for mobility and are unable to transfer safely to a passenger vehicle.
Our vans are equipped with a Q-Straint Wheelchair Securement System which provides the ultimate wheelchair passenger safety solution. The client remains in the wheelchair throughout the trip while the wheelchair is secured in place and the client is seat-belted and shoulder-harnessed. Access in Motion, utilizes professionally converted, fully ADA compliant mini-vans which can accommodate any sized wheelchair.

Our company specializes in providing mobility services to and from dialysis and other medical appointments for individuals using wheelchairs and walkers or who are simply not able to drive themselves safely.
When we first got into the medical transportation business, we didn't realize exactly how much of a difference we could make. A lot of medical transport companies forget that they are transporting people, not money. Our dedication to the integrity, friendship, and well-being of our clients has made all the difference to the Roseville area and surrounding communities.
Access in Motion is a locally-owned, family-oriented company dedicated to providing non-emergency medical transportation to the Roseville and Rocklin, CA region. We know it can be difficult to find safe, reliable, and affordable transportation to and from the doctor's and dentist's offices in our area, so we decided to provide a trustworthy service to the community.

Ron was our driver for my father-in-law who is 90+ and resides in a memory care facility. Ron was a bit early for pick-up, which was perfect. He was very pleasant, funny yet professional and cordial to us and my father-in-law. Ron also showed up a little bit early for my father-in-law's return trip. Again, perfect. We ran a few minutes late since we had to wait for lab work and a blood draw. Again, not a problem. Ron was cordial to us all, very professional, and safety conscious for my father-in-law throughout the load, unload, and transport process. I can't say how happy we were today

I am using Access in Motion NEMT for my doc appointments and for personal visits to family. These guys got the best drivers in the area. They are fanatic about being punctual and will go out of the way to meet any last minute changes. My procedure was taking more than what anticipated and the dispatch lady was awesome to coordinate with the driver for my return trip. God Bless!!

I had such a great experience with this non emergency medical transport company! My mother needed wheelchair transportation to and from doctor appointments when she was very ill and this company was so courteous and friendly! The staff at Access in Motion were incredibly professional and attentive to my mother. I highly recommend Access in Motion medical transport to everyone!

I only have good things to say about the Access in Motion Medical Transport team! They are always punctual and each person I’ve met has been friendly and professional, making the company really stand out. They did a fantastic job transporting my mom all the way down to San Francisco to attend a wedding! They made us feel comfortable and safe throughout the whole trip. My experiences with Access in Motion have all been great! I booked a couple of trips from Citrus Heights to Sacramento; The drivers are always on time, they are so courteous, and they communicate well. They just know how to deal with people. These are all important factors that I considered when I was searching for medical transport for my aunt.

I would highly recommend this business having used them yesterday. Needing to get my 91 yr old dad to Kaiser, Shaun arrived on time, safely and gently secured dad in the van, and drove dad to his appointment.....yes, wheeled dad to his appt. It is a great service for non-emergency medical transportation. Shaun is courteous, prompt and professional; will definitely use again.
