Rental is to the first applicant who meets the necessary income, credit history, rental history and employment verification requirements after screening and agrees to the terms of the contract. Our screening fee is $39 for each occupant 18 years of age or older. Full payment must be received and payment must clear before the application is considered complete.

Montagna Prop. Was one of the worst property Managment companies we have worked with. The turn around time for returning phone calls and emails was very laggy. Other issues such as building complications such as leaky pipes, rats in the walls was left untreated or was temporarily "fixed" but not resolved.

Have worked with MP since June 2017. Still very happy with the experience. Best property mgmt company I've ever rented from. They are responsive and super friendly. It's been easy to communicate requests and the online payment system reduces the stress/complication payments getting lost in the mail.

Mischa and David originally did a great work for us as property managers for our downtown San Jose townhouse for two years. Later, when we moved back into the townhouse for a year; that transition went smoothly as well. Recently, we decided to sell the townhouse and due to work schedules didn't have time to stage it for the best photographs (MLS) or showings. After meeting with Mischa and David we decided they would invite in realtors from their network and would show the property before it listed on the MLS.
