Dror Catering Inc. is an Israeli family-owned catering business that came to the Bay area 15 years ago. Initially we planned to share our favorite Israeli specialties with the local Israeli community, but then realized that our unique cuisine, which is a combination of European and Mediterranean dishes, was appreciated by the American community as well.

Dror Catering is a proudly family-owned business. Yair Dror, the mastermind behind the logistics and marketing, and his wife Inbar, the chef, started working in America in 2000. The Make Your Own Sandwich Buffet is a great hit with our customers! Companies love the large variety of options, and everyone can make their own sandwich just the way they like it. Soups, salads, sides-all go great with sandwiches and make for a satisfying and nutritious lunch. We can provide plates, utensils, napkins and service spoons for additional $1.50 per person.
Customers love our Make Your Own Tacos and Burritos Buffet. When you're trying to feed a hungry crowd, the Taco and Burritos Buffet lets everyone create a Mexican meal just the way they like it. Wish you had a cafeteria on-site to offer to your employees? With our Portable Bistro, Dror Catering provides cafeteria-style services at your office at lunch time. We arrive shortly before the lunch hour with hot, ready-to-serve food. I first ordered from Dror Catering a few weeks ago and was floored by the delicious food we got. The dishes were delicious, Yair, the owner, added a bunch of dishes we didn't order just so we can get more familiar with his offerings and we were not disappointed! The prices are right, the food is clean, fresh and well made, and the service is friendly and delightful. We are hooked on Dror catering and now order from them every other week - adds to our variety of food at home, and saves me hours in the kitchen.

If I could give six stars, I would, believe me. My goodness, this was good food at an incredibly reasonable price. And the customer experience - perfect. Here's the deal - you call Yair Dror, the owner, he provides you some guidance and welcomes your input. He tells you the price. You get a lot of food for this price, all of which is utterly delicious. He (or someone on his staff) comes and sets it all up with zero fuss or pretense and very efficiently. He leaves. You have a great party where everyone raves about the food. Then you have leftovers which you and your family/friends eat the week

Once we made the initial contact, Yair was very diligent in working with us to prepare the right menu, right quantities, etc. The food quality was excellent. It felt just like home.

Dror's Catering is simply a home away from home. I felt as if my mother prepared the food as it was delicious and fresh. Obviously made with love and care.
Yair (the owner) is an absolute perfectionist and is very involved with the customers. He makes sure everything is to the point, gives great advice and follows up to learn about the feedback in order to improve. Top caterer in town. Highly recommended!

On August 12, we used the Dror Catering for the birthday party for my husband and our closest family friend. It was an outside affair for the company of 70 people. This was our first experience with the company so we were a little nervous. I must say that we were very pleased-the ingredients were of high quality and prepared with well balanced flavors. This was not a high cousin, but generous, hearty and well respected food that perfectly befitted the format of our party which was festive, but not pompous. Yair added a few complimentary items that were very appreciated. The food arrived on time

Dror, the business owner, came into my office and passed out catering flyers and conveniently I needed to order lunch the next day for my office. I decided to go with his services and was so pleasantly surprised! For one, the presentation of the food is out of this world compared to other mainstream catering options. Dror comes in and sets it all up himself and it's just so clear that he is very passionate about his business. Ordered from Dror Catering for the first time a few weeks ago and it was excellent! The food was delicious and the services was 100% client first! The owner Yair was on time with the food (this was for a corporate meeting) and he set up everything wonderfully!

#51 Greek Salad
#21 Stir fry Asparagus and Mushroom
#46 Rice pilaf
Everything was delicious! My favorite though was the Roased Salmon w/Herbs!

Tangerine Ham and Pineapple Glaze - really good combination. Ham is juicy.
Garlic Bread - the amount of spread is perfect. Not overly heavy.
Stuffing - Very yummy. Nothing special.

Spinach Salad - same as above.

Mashed Yams and potatoes - way too bland. need way more salt. One bite and I was done with my portion.

Just before the holidays, I ordered lunch for all our 100 employees. After placing the order I was a bit worried what happened if they would not like it and that all my plans for a great event will be spoiled .... but, I was wrong.... it was the other way around!!!
They all LOVED Dror's food. The food came on time and was finished after 10-15 minutes. I received A LOT of complements and many EEs even asked where they could order from him. Not only that, some managers left behind as they were late for that event and didn't have a chance to taste the great food so with one phone call

This place is open to the public from 11:45am-1pm (AMCC Cafeteria) 215 Moffett Park Drive, Sunnyvale. They have a new menu everyday.
Today I took a co-worker for lunch the line was long there was only one person and she was very sweet and apologized 5 times that today they got very busy. Anyway when we got there the salad was gone and so the chicken shish kabob but still Beef Gyros and some side dishes left. Soft drink from a vending machine is $0.25. The food is very yummy it's home cooking the portion are OK; my co-worker complained it was not enough for him and he is a short and slim guy

I just found out they are not open for lunch at their location but you can get their food M-F from 11:45am-1pm at AMCC Cafeteria, 215 Moffett Park Drive, Sunnyvale. (Cafeteria located on Borregas Ave., at the back of the bldg.) $5 + tax! You won't find better food! They just catered for my company again today and everyone loved it!

So my work decided to cater this place for Lunch on a really boring Wednesday.. let me tell you it is BOMB and I am very picky when it comes to this type of food as I grew up on it.
They brought us many delicious dishes.
Schnitzel = Nice and crispy.. not too much breading. Tasted great.
Cooked turkey meatballs in sauce = I don't think I've ever had turkey meatballs before.. these tasted bomb on top of the vegetable rice!!
BBQ chicken kebab = Very tasty chicken on a stick
Potato burekas = Nice flaky crusted pastry with potato inside
Cauliflower in tomato sauce = Never had this
They brought us many delicious dishes.
