Thank you for inquiring about our kitchen rental facilities. These are Health Department Approved Facilities. Designed to rent out Kitchen space for individuals to share space together to conduct proper and legal procedures to starting your own business. Each tenant will rent the kitchen as needed on an Hourly basis.
As soon as you have an event or job, and you know what hours you will need the kitchen for, please call in the hours of need to the office, I will return your call as soon as possible to confirm hours and inform you of any other person needing that same time slot or not, Call in your hours of need as many of times as needed.
In Order to Operate and Prepare Products from our Kitchen, everyone must contact the following People and their Offices. Depending on the individuals needs and what kind of Product that they are Producing, You may need additional Permits to Operate. Further information can be obtained by inquiring with the City License Department, and/or the Health Department.
The category on the Rental Rates page, determines your security deposit and first months rent. If you use more hours during the month than your category allows, you pay the amount per hour over your minimum usage. The amount of hours are recorded by each tenant on a monthly form, that is furnished for you at the kitchen.
