The Luau Factory's mission is to provide a Hawaiian Luau experience like no other, delivering delicious authentic Hawaiian food and traditional entertainment that stems back to the Pacific Islands. We have served many corporations in the Bay area including Google, Stanford Hospital, E-bay, Yahoo, Nokia and many others.
The Full Service Menu options include: menu planning, delivery of the food, on site buffet coordination, two staff to setup the buffet table with warming chafers, chafing fuel, serving utensils, disposable plates, napkins, forks, silk flower decorations, serve and handle food rotation, buffet table cleanup, packing of any remaining food with containers and event garbage collection (removal not included).
The Luau Factory can assist you with finding the very best in Hula & Polynesian Dance shows for your Hawaiian party. Polynesian dancers, musicians, and drummers are passionate to their craft and create a nice touch to any party, offering a wide variety of dances with high impact and colorful assortment of ethnic Polynesian costumes and traditional drumming and music.
Question - How much in advance would I need to book an event or catering? Answer - It is best to book your event about 4 weeks in advance. It also depends on the size of your order, please contact us for availability. May-September is our peak season and events should be booked several months in advanced to ensure availability.

We just hired The Luau Factory to cater my daughter's birthday party, and the food and service were outstanding! Due to Covid, we had fewer guests than what they normally cater to but Gorden worked with us to create a customized menu. The food was so delicious and all the guests raved about it! We highly recommend the Luau Factory and will definitely use them again for another party down the road.

We decided upon an Hawaiian theme, and I was determined to have long rice served. The chain restaurants in the area do not serve long rice -- a rice noodle dish. So, I went on line, and the reviews for Luau Factory were great, so I gave them a try.
We ordered food for delivery for about 50 people. We ordered coconut shrimp, kalua pork, teriyaki chicken and chicken long rice. I provided 2 salads, fruit, rice, spam musubi and guava mousse cake on my own.
Lisa accommodated my request to serve the coconut shrimp as an appetizer

Lisa and the food was great! Our company had a last minute Hawaiian theme party and she was able to help me plan my event. I contacted her 2 weeks before we had the event and she managed to squeeze us into her schedule. Thank you Lisa!! Service was so great! We ordered the food drop off package and it worked out really well for us. The food came in time and it was still very hot. Luau Factory is the BOMB ! amazing service and quality. Just hosted a catered event for 225 and the feedback was phenomenal. Perfect menu planning and exceptional set-up, service, and clean-up. They served over 200 people at our gathering and I heard so many comments from people attending who remarked about how good the food was. The Luau Factory was such a great group to work with! Lisa did a wonderful job communicating with me regularly before our event and making sure we had a printed menu as well as menu item card descriptions set up during the event. She even came early before the food arrived to make sure we had everything in place and to ensure that our venue was appropriate. Our entire group loved the food and it was a great touch to our luau dance!

Is there 10 stars? This is a little late but Luau Factory catered my dads memorial earlier this year. Lisa is amazing. It was such a stressful time and Luau Factory was the only thing I didn't stress about. Lisa and her staff came on time and set up. The food was so amazing especially the Poke. People are still talking about it. My dad would have loved it. I over-ordered and I knew I did so I bought the take-out containers for people. The catering folks helped make to-go boxes so people can take the food home. It was a celebration of life and it really turned out beautiful because

We used the Luau Factory for our engagement party over the weekend. We worked primarily with Lisa who was so easy to work with and very personable. She worked with us to find the right amount of food for our guests and she also was very kind to take our order closer to our event than they would normally like. The kalua pork, salad and mahi mahi were the completely cleaned out, plus the teriyaki chicken and rice were outstanding. We got so many compliments and people asking me where we got it from. We will definitely be using them again for any luau themed parties in the future. Thank you!

Wow, I'm surprised the Luau Factory doesn't have at least 100+ reviews!! Gorden and his crew did an amazing job catering an event I was at. I'm normally not the biggest fan of Hawaiian food, but their dishes made me come back for seconds! The kuala pork was tasty and moist (many places make them a little bit dried out), the karaage chicken was crispy and delicious, and the pineapple fried rice was on point. For our baby's first birthday, we threw her a luau and had it catered by The Luau Factory. Gorden was incredibly easy to work with throughout the process, which made it nice. Throwing a party for 90+ people can be quite intimidating!
We ordered a number of dishes, including my favorite, kahlua pork. The chicken long rice was tasty, the haupia was yummy, and the pineapple and yam dish was a favorite. All of the guests kept commenting on how delicious the meal was.
The Luau Factory also provided our entertainment. 4 dancers performed various Polynesian dances, and got the audience to participate

The Luau Factory catered my birthday party last year. It was the most awesome birthday ever. The manager, Gorden was very attentive in listening to my food allergies and cravings. I have a lot. He was super kind in tailoring the menu so I could eat everything and understand my concerns about cross contamination. One of my favorites dishes was the kuala pork. It was so juicy and succulent. All the food prepared was completed on time, presentation was beautiful and most importantly everything was delicious. Nothing was overcooked or dried out as sometimes can happen.
