Dr. Rohrich charges a $250 consultation fee, which will be applied to surgery costs if you choose to schedule. Dr. Rohrich's staff includes professional medical photographers that have many years of experience and cutting edge equipment to ensure the highest level of professionalism. Dr. Rohrich also offers his patients an imaging service in which digital images are created from your photographs that can help give you an idea of what to expect from a procedure.
Here is a collection of before and after photographs for rhinoplasty performed in conjunction with genioplasty, also known as chin augmentation or chin implants. This combination of procedures is usually performed under certain circumstances to provide the patient with better facial balance and proportions.

Dr. Rodich performed revision rhinoplasty and fixed my septum. I cannot truly express in words how incredible I look and feel, and only 11 days after surgery! There was not one moment from my first meeting with him that I didn't feel comfortable. He is so down to earth, incredible bedside manner, very attentive and genuinely nice person. Very rude Doctor and assistant. Waiting 6 months to get an appointment and they treated me very disrespectful and at the end told me the earliest time for surgery is 9 months from now! The doctor didn't even told me he is not going to give me an appointment because I need release from my doctor. He told his assistant to tell me that. If Dr. Rohrich could fix my nose, which he did a phenomenal job of, I'm convinced he can fix anything. I had the unfortunate experience of having a different doctor in my home state of California completely destroy my nose. One nostril was too large, one collapsed in, I could barely breathe, I had a huge cartilage bump on the tip and I had a collapse on the side of the middle of my nose. The doctor also injected silicone into my nose when I told him I wanted something temporary (silicone is permanent). I hid for an entire year. I had a rhinoplasty procedure with Dr. Rohrich to improve the aesthetic of my nose as well as breathing capability. During my consultation we reviewed my priorities and goals for the procedure during very productive conversation - based on my input his office provided images which projected what my nose could look like. Dr Rohrich is my hero. I have had several surgeries with him . The decision to venture out of South Florida where we have a huge amount of cosmetic and plastic surgeons on every corner was well thought and planned. Do not let this man near your pretty face! He MAY have been good at some point, but time has not been kind to his skills. He made a mess of my eyes - I had to pay a second surgeon to repair the damage. His bloated ego gets in the way of good judgment.
