I wish I could give this property zero stars! People live here not because they whant too but because they have too. They don't complete work orders on time! I have been waiting 2 years for the whole in my son's room in his celling to be repaired. I understand they couldn't come in for a while do to covid but it is been long enough and they are now doing work orders again.. when I asked about my celling in may they said they would get too it but it is now July.I am waiting for my apontiment to be treated for a bug concern that I noticed and three day's later no payment was made to the exsteminator

Management does not take maintance issues serious.
Maintance does not do work or repairs according to building code.. nor are repairs done in a timely manner. Maintance will youtube how to fix issues while in your apartment trying trying figure out how to do the work.
Zero insulation in any buildings, units do not regulate heat or cold properly.
You can hear every word of each of your neighbors, Is whether they are above you, below you, or next to you.
Would not recommend

My family and I enjoy living here. We have been thru a very hard time the past year and a half (pre Covid/ during Covid) and the Staff was very helpful and understanding and worked with us to the best of their ability resulting in us able to remain in our home. We are so thankful for that. We have never had any problems and our current Manager ( Rebecca) is great!

I have been renting apartments since I was 17 and this is one of the *best* places I have ever rented from.
I had a few issues with the apartment upon moving in. Some lights didn't work, the lock stuck, and our dryer wasn't working the way it should. Everything was fixed within a day, and the guy who did it was very nice and polite. Since we were not only new to the area, but to the state, he offered ideas on where we should go out to eat, and some things to see!
Parking can be a bit of a pain if you don't pay for covered parking, but you will never have to park too far away.
