I have been here for a month and report nothing but a totally positive experience. There is some paperwork involved with applying to live here but that is standard in the apartment rental business. The office staff is busy but very professional in helping with that process. The apartments and the facility is very nice and it is in a very good location. The maintenance stuff is responsive and does fix issues when needed. I doubt you will find nicer apartments, with washer and dryer in unit, except at a much higher monthly rent rate, in this area.

I’ve lived here for nearly a week and already have a lot to say. First of all, the move in process and paperwork to get approved is a nightmare as is the communication from management. It took over a month to get me approved which I understand in part has to do with the income restriction regulations they have to adhere by, however had the office staff provided correct information, and consistent communication it would have made things go much quicker and smoothly. Also, because they rarely answer the phone in the office I kept having to come to the office to check on the status of my application

My wife and I lived here for just over 3 years. The apartments are very nice looking inside and out and in a great location. The reason it is not a 5 star review is because, 1. The maintenance people here are very rude. 2. The management did change a alot, but I will say the management before we moved was great and the best they have had. 3. I lived in an apartment with a view of the pool and during this while past year the pool was drained and rain water started to collect in the deep end and they never drained it so it turn green and brown and was very nasty looking. But all in all it was a pretty

Worst apartments i have ever lived at. If I could give 0 stars I would. I lived there 4 years and they were awful. We went threw so many different managers and assistant managers. Employees quit left and right. When you move they don't give you a chance to pay anything they send it straight to collections. Peoples cars are stolen on a every day basis. There are nothing but drug users living there. They will let just about anyone move in there.

Apartments are nice, its pretty quite, and the facilities are clean and well kempt. Some folks who live here are a little funky, but that's apartment life for ya. The administration folks who work here are A+. Amanda, Karla, and Randy are awesome. We could not have moved in by the time I started my new job had it not been for Amanda and Karla. Special thanks to Karla for all the help we needed with paperwork - which was not insignificant. I cannot thank these folks enough.

Do not move here unless you want nothing but trouble from the office. They do not care about anything you say after you move in. Do not complain about your neighbors unless you want trouble after you move out. You pay for all light bulbs at $5 each even if you only have one in a two fixture light. When we moved in we had three out but did not have it on my move in sheet... Besure to have many pictures and witness when moving in or out. We had to pay for a stretched carpet even after the unit had been lived in for more than 5 years before.

I loved the feel of this place the moment I walked in. The apartments look well spread out and it feels like its in a great location. Sadly I make too much money so I wont be able to live here but I do hope people want to call this place home. The clubhouse looks like a great place to hang out and have a great time. I would definitely send people their way to rent. Even just to see if they qualify!

Quilceda Creek is an absolutely amazing place to call home. From the outside the colors and landscape of the complex make it very welcoming and a good sight to come home to. Extraordinarily friendly management make anything you need or have questions about breeze by, and are by far the most courteous people in management I've met. Apartments that suite your needs, easily accessed and not a maze you need a map to find your way through, like many I've seen. As a resident for going on 3 years this is a place im happy to call home.
