At Wellington we will make sure that you love where you live. Wellington Apartments provides housing to Low-Income households with Rental Assistance available through the USDA Rural Development Rental Housing Program. Our apartments are safe, clean, and affordable. Qualified applicants will pay the portion of the rent that is affordable to them, 30% of their Adjusted Gross Income if rental assistance is available.

I lived there for a year, the grounds are beautiful, the people were friendly,
The manager as long as your respectful and obviously pay your rent is very accommodating.
What I like best about her is she's a straight shooter, the only issue I had was the occasional undesirables that would wander through... because one of them stole my sons bike.
However it was a lesson that my son 🔐 up his bike next time Beside that one thing I loved living there.

I've lived here a little over a year and have had very little problem. What issues I have had have been quickly addressed or have nothing to do with the apartments or grounds but with the city's safety (which the complex community addressed with a neighborhood watch). Overall I'm quite happy here.

Wellington has a very 'neighborly community' feel about it that gives a sense of safe & my neighbors are the best! The complex is managed & grounds as well as units are nicely maintained
