I have been going to summit for 2 years. I love it. Jenny does my nails, and she is amazing. The prices are perfect, and I always feel welcome when I'm there.

Well I went today ....i had no appointment but I asked the lady if they have time to make my nails she said yes...she told me to go at 3:15 I was there....until 3:45 that I too my stuff and walked away out from there because no one came to make my nails....no apologies no sorry nothing....my recommendation don't go there if you don't want to waste your time without any reason....sad case

Came in to get my nails taken off and I got accused for not paying for a a friend service the last time I was there which I NEVER came in with a friend. It was my daughter and I. I know I paid for my daughter… and I services because I calculated it and it add up to be right. They didn’t even have the enough information to accused me like that. Why go confront a person without any type of information. 🤬🤬. On top of it all, they made my daughter and I wait 45 minutes from our appointment time. Oh and they reused a nail filer on me when working on my toes. Disgusting

Got a mani and a pedi and it was so rough I felt like I was in hell. I’ve been to other places to do a mani and pedi and they were gentle so I know how you supposed to do my nails. The nail technical cut my… cuticle and I was bleeding out of my big toe. They kept tryna get me to buy gel nails. I was like nah… they probably got mad and so that’s why they cut me. I felt like they were rushing. My nails looked ugly… omg. My cousin was doing her nails too and the lady technician filed her pinky so much she started bleeding. Also like everyone else… waited forever

Not like the normal one over here in a hurry and the cut a lot of corners. been coming here for awhile and not sure if I'll return. had to come back they didn't do top coat over remove callus on my feet

I do recommend them they do good work. I am always happy with my nails. However, I will say that it's not good customer service to make the customers who have made an appointment wait. Walk in customers should wait. If a customer who made an appointment has to wait 10-30 mins after their appointment time . I feel they should get some kind… of compensation like money off their current or next visit because it's not the customers fault you are running behind. Also, it's not very considerate of your customers time. Just saw a lot of customers complaining about that over periods of time.

Me and my step mom got Christmas nails and the lady I had did amazing nail art. I’ve came here a few times and every time it’s been amazing and my nails last 4-5 weeks. Highly recommend

Everytime I go i ask for the boss to do my nails bc she's the only one who works better and professional she knows what she's doing. I've been there a lot of times since they open in the mall if my nails did not turn out how I like and it was messed up I go in the next day and walk in and complain about it and get it fix asap and not wait for couple days because afterward they won't believe they think you did something before that, thats the reason. Whenever their busy I either wait or go on a different day and not waste my time waiting around and getting all mad and being unpatient about it. When

First time here and I loved the service. Leanna did my nails. I tried their dipped powder gel manicure. On top of that, she got it done less than 30 minutes. As I observed, her nail technicians uses the same technique as she does which is great! Very satisfied, thank you Leanna!
