Review update: wow what a difference, definitely night and day going back to get my nails fixed. I was contacted by the manager, she’s so apologetic and sweet, I was able to go in and the nail technician, Chi, fixed my nails- What a difference!! Although the length is still short, she reshape them into a much nicer coffin shape, redid my polish and they look absolutely stunning. They definitely proved that they are all about pleasing their customers, I can tell that this is what their work really is like!

Highly recommend SuperNailsWBL for eyelash extensions. They have a private room that is clean & comfortable. She takes her time, you can tell she really cares about her work. Not just trying to hurry so she can get you done & on to the next client. She makes you feel comfortable & relaxed. They turn out perfect every time. They only have one style, classy not dramatic, they look real. I get compliments all the time. They stay on for a long time, I went 3 weeks until I needed a fill & could have gone a few days longer. She recommends 2 weeks though & will charge a little more if you go longer. I

I’ve been there twice now. Each time I made an appointment and upon coming in, I waited no longer then a few minutes each time. Both times, they have done exactly as I have asked (I’m a “spooky things” lover) and they have far succeeded my expectations. They take there time too, they don’t rush. And that is so appreciated! Will definitely be a regular!

The lady that did my nails had amazing customer service skills and answered all of my questions with a big smile and genuine enthusiasm. She was very thorough and made sure to take her time on my cuticles. I appreciate that because a lot of other nail salons have gone down in quality, but not this one! My nails are beautiful and I am an extremely happy customer. Definitely going to be coming back!! I cant remember the nail artists name but I think it was ha shein. Sorry if i got the name wrong but you are an amazing nail artist and I look forward to becoming a regular customer because of you :

This morning around 10AM I called to make an appointment for a Dip. When I made the appointment the person just asked me my first name after we agreed on the appointment time.
I arrived to my appointment between 3:00-3:05. When I arrived to check in the lady asked me the first and last name I scheduled under. I said I was never asked my last name and only gave my first name. I gave her my name and she was not finding me on the schedule. Then she asked who I scheduled with and I said,"I don't know she sounded like you". She said she just started her shift so it wasn't her. She

Used dirty implements on me and didn't remove any of my dry skin aka why i went to get a pedicure in the first place. Did receive a decent massage but not worth it. When she opened my polish a giant hair came out with it. Then she made me change my color because she couldn't get the hair out and picked a color nowhere near similar.

We had reservations for 6 of us to get manicures and pedicures, at 6 pm. They only had 4 employees for us. After my pedicure, I was the third done, I explained what I wanted for nails and knew it would take longer. I had to wait almost 45 minutes for someone to help me. Another woman got done sooner but started doing nails for another person in our party. I explained what I wanted done but there was a miscommunication or something and then half way through said she couldn't do that and it wouldn't look nice anyway. Ive had it done at a different salon and thought it looked good.

This has to be the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon.
I wanted a simple glitter nail and a small ombré glitter on one finger. I made sure to ask first if the nail tech knew how to do this, cause I don't mind paying the extra $5 for something if it's done right..and of course she said yes. I wanted a specific color, and right off the bat this nail tech is already telling me you should do this color instead blah blah blah that (glitter)won't show the same as it is on the nail color sample wheel..why would you have it on there if it's not going to look like

I started going to Super Nails approximately one year ago, After my previous WBL salon had let themselves go. (sold ownership, now dirty, not as friendly) I tried a few salons from Stillwater, Woodbury and N St Paul. SUPER NAILS is by far the best I've found! Always clean, very friendly, works with you on your time schedule, sneaks you in when a nail is broken. Just plain old the best! Easy to get to, Bar/Restaurant right next store if you or someone needs to wait. Hardware and Drug store in the same strip mall, Grocery across the street and Caribou Coffee on the corner. Although the staff was pleasant & kind,there is just something off atmosphere-wise. I'd go there again, but only if the other salons burn down! You should try it hourself & let us know if it is just me. I guess I want to say I got a decent mani there, but thats all. I left feeling indifferent to it.
