My friend and I went in for pedicures yesterday. We both thought it was the best pedicure we’ve ever had. When we were leaving we mentioned this to a lady who was up front. She thanked us for the positive feedback and explained that she was the new owner. I highly recommend giving this place a try! I had been there before and thought it was fine but nothing special. The new owners/staff are wonderful. I will definitely be going back!

The Nail tech was GREAT! I am a man, and sometimes when I go to nail salons I get a ton of odd looks. Well, I like long nails. They did not care, my money was good, and the service was incredible. Best Nails I have gotten in a long time. Best Service as well. I wish I could remember the nail techs Name.

Went in for a pedicure. Had gel polish on my toes that the tech began to take off. He used the nail drill to remove the old polish. He went too far and removed part of my toe nail not just the polish which left it very sensitive . The tip on the drill was very rough and it actually hurt when he removing the polish. Maybe they should stick to the soak off Gel removal. He also ended up taking a piece of my skin off above the toe nail with the drill. Not pleasant at all. I asked for a basic pedi and it took over an hour. My feet are still rough on the bottom and my toe nails are not filed very well

Enchanted Nails is under new management!-Lucy and her team are wonderful! Lucy has been doing my nails for 3+ years and I’m so thrilled for her in her new adventure! I drive from South Minneapolis because Lucy is kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and detailed in her work…… and when we find a great nail person, we want to stick with them, right?!! I am confident every member of her team will also provide great service. And if for some reason the service isn’t quite right, I know Lucy, like most business owners, would respect and value a conversation about what happened, and how they could improve

So I want to start out by saying I love my nails. I have no problem with how my nails came out they did a great job. What I have a problem with is no matter what client comes in there, money is green. That is the only color you should care about. We spent $161 and the treatment that we got spoke volumes. Your demographic should not be based on anything but money & the color green. We went there because it is actually very close to the residence that we reside in. I was truly disappointed that my skin color meant more than the money that I spent in there. All clientele should be treated the same
