My boyfriend and I moved in here in the beginning of October and have been here for one month so far. We love living here. Parking is free ( you can get a reserved parking pass and pay if you want), you can walk to the train, walk to the town for restaurants and bars, the location is great. I commute to the city and when it is not rush hour it takes about 20 minutes. The apartment complex is a little dated, however the apartments themselves are updated and beautiful. We moved in and had all new appliances, freezer even has an ice machine. Ryan was super helpful and gave us a wonderful tour and

Nicolette was my leasing agent at Londonbury. This is my first apartment living experience and I was feeling very anxious. Nicolette often put my mind at ease and was always available to answer my many questions. Nicolette was instrumental in expediting my apartment renovations as I had a pending settlement on my house looming. Nicolette’s authenticity and professionalism was a big reason I chose to live at Londonbury. She can be trusted.

Maintenance continuously enters my unit unannounced, without wearing mask, after I specifically requested to be present when they are doing whatever they are doing in my unit. This morning they entered unannounced and said they very replacing the hot water heater. I never got a notice about the hot water heater. They only email I received is that they would be doing work on the roof of the building and it may be noisy. That's it! Nothing that said they needed to get in, and I should plan to be home for their entry. Very dissatisfied with the protocol here. I have gotten emails stating they

I’ll start off by saying this was the worst living experience I’ve had. First moving to conshy and it was not ideal. First month in maintenance went into our apartment on a “routine check up” never notified me or my Roomate. Left our door wide open and unlocked, left all the light on and our ac running. Utilities that we had to pay for because of their negligence. We thought someone had broken in. You have to bring your own propane tank if you want grill. We were accused by the leasing manager on taking someone else’s. The leasing manager was nothing but useless. Never stepped in when

Heed the one star reviews on google and Yelp. I am in agreement with those that I’ve read as well. I do not recommend living here. Management will make up charges for you to pay multiple times throughout your lease and especially when you move out. Leasing office is of no help in multiple scenarios (shopping cart, moving carts, maintenance responses). Management is very abrasive in every interaction we've had. Roof in my closet fell through ruining all my clothes and was never fixed because we only had two months left of lease. AC never worked once in my room although they claim to have fixed

We've been lived here for 2 years and must say the management, especially the new one, always responds to any issue. We've hardly had any maintenance needs but when we do they are very fast. The maintenance team is the friendliest ever (and I say that having lived in many apartments over the years)-- we actually enjoy talking to them whenever we see them around.

I lived at Londonbury for three years and loved my apartment. The location was great, the views were awesome, and they kept the buildings very clean! My roommate and I had a problem with our vinyl floor lifting in one spot and the property management company was able to help get it fixed right away and no questions asked. Parking when I initially moved in was a little tight however, the management company recognized this issue and added additional spaces next door for residents to park in. They communicate very well when work is going to be done on the property, which I very much appreciated. Also

The incompetence of management was not worth the ‘Luxury’ price tag.
I moved out of Londonbury in March and still have yet to receive my FULL security deposit. It is now September. I’ve contacted the office numerous times over the phone and via email, only to be told it will resolved to no avail. They’ve sent a third of my deposit at the end of April (that check bounced), and another third in August, I am STILL missing two-thirds of my refund.
Also, management made it difficult to secure my next apartment when I was moving across the country. My new management company needed the Londonbury

I have lived here for about 6 months and am not familiar with the previous management, but the current management company is fantastic! They promptly respond to all requests, someone is always available in the office or on the phone, and they have great resident events! The buildings are clean and well kept. Highly recommend.
