Services
Home inspections can help you buy or sell your home with confidence. As a trained professional I have seen it all, and I'll provide invaluable help in turning you into a knowledgeable consumer. Home owners can identify problems in the making and take preventive measures to avoid costly repairs. Sellers can understand conditions the buyer's inspector may point out and put the property in better selling condition by making repairs.
A home cannot fail an inspection. A professional home inspection gives you an independent, unbiased view of any problems and their solutions, so that you will have all the facts you need to make a sound, informed decision. Depending on the size and condition of the home, a thorough home inspection will take no more than four hours, usually between an hour and a half and three hours.
Our job as your professional home inspector is to alert you, to the extent possible, to unknown problems and potential environmental hazards in your current or potential house. Ours is a non-invasive visual inspection of your property. While we may be able to alert you to possible problems, our basic inspections are no substitutes for specialized contaminant testing.

You signed my AccuSafe Contract & were informed of the results from the home inspection on 8/10/2020.
After I completed the inspection, we met at the house to review the findings, with 60+ pictures and notes. It was at this time I showed you

If we could post a negative star for AccuSafe Home Inspections, LLC in Wetumpka, Alabama we would. Our real estate agent hired John G. Knudsen, owner of AccuSafe Home Inspections, LLC, to do our home inspection prior to the purchase of our home in Montgomery, AL. Needless to say he did a very poor job and refuses to accept the responsibility for his oversight which has already cost us more than $1,400. The drain pan for the air conditioner system in the attic of our home was completely rusted through and leaking. He did not note it on his report. When we contacted him he said it was human to miss
