I highly recommend Calvin Chance luxe inspection for any home inspection needs he is very knowledgeable and helpful with answering all questions he also takes the time to explain any issues that he found or any that you may have any concerns about. This is my first home I’m buying and I had know clue about anything but Calvin made the inspection process very easy and stress free for me and I really appreciated that also I like the fact he takes his time and inspect the whole house as if he’s buying it that’s a big plus in my book. Calvin was amazing , professional througout the entire process.. . He took pictures of his findings and provided a summary explaining the pictures

I decided to give Calvin a call based on what I have heard from friends and clients of mine. Well, that was a very good decision on my part. He was nice enough to allow me to walk the inspection with him and point out things along the way. Being that it was a new house I didn’t think there would be much wrong, but he found a good bit! The builder asked that we please get the inspection report back to him within a couple of days so that he could get things wrapped up. When Calvin finished the inspection, he sat out in front of the house writing it up. He actually sent it over to the realtor before
