My name is Josh Rigsby and I have been in the construction and remodeling business for 10 years. I own a successful real estate investment company and have spent the past 4 years evaluating property for purchase and rehabilitation. I have an eye for spotting deficiencies and inefficiencies and decided to pursue a career in home inspecting.
Whether you are buying, selling or maintaining your home, Ace Inspections provides professional and quality service from the moment you call me. As a licensed home inspector, I will walk through your home with you and teach you as much as you want to learn. I strictly follow the Standards of Practice for home inspectors established by ASHI, the leading home inspection association.
I will take images and video throughout our inspection and integrate them into our document, illustrating the issues that we may find with the property in question, and providing you with a comprehensive overview of its condition. My reports are easy to digest and understand, and are broken into individual sections, such as Interior, Heating and Air Conditioning, Electrical, Plumbing, Roof, and so on.
