Unprofessional and unreliable. Had an appointment for an estimate to replace my fence around my property. About an hour before the appointment the salesperson called and said they had a flat tire and couldnt make it. Re-set the appointment to the following week. Day of the appointment, no call/no show. Contacted the salesperson and they said someone should have contacted me to tell me the appointment wasnt going to happen...Chris did call me and was apologetic but the bottom line is their is no excuse for poor customer service like that. If they cant communicate with their customers properly and

Metro Fence is fantastic. We have needed to replace our fence for years. We had some pretty big windstorms at the beginning of January 2021 which finally caused the fence to blow over. We called Metro Fence and within a week they were able to come out and completely re-build our fence. This fence is beautiful. We have seen fences in the area built by Metro Fence and the thing that stands out the most is there are no gaps in the pickets which gives us optimal privacy especially since our backyard backs up to a park. The gates are well engineered. The crew that came out were efficient and professional

I had a wonderful experience with Metro Fence. After getting bids from many companies, Metro was about in the middle, but they had by far the best reviews. My project was unique in that I built a 10ft fence to block out the sounds and light of the alley in my residential neighborhood. (Metro stated that they have never seen anyone get a permit to build a fence that high in a residential neighborhood.) Anyways, they came out and did a fantastic job! They built this beautiful fence in just two days. My wife and I love it!! We are so impressed with the quality and how much reduced sound and light

Metro Fence did a fantastic job on our fence. They were very careful, courteous, and did a great job. I highly recommend.
Only problem we had Chris was to have sub contractor to come by and add lattice on top of fence for privacy, contacted office several times asking to have Chris call me and never received call back !

We needed a fence as soon as possible because our dog was jumping our existing fence and Metro Fence was a life saver! They were professional and quick. Not to mention fence turned out beautiful! Any questions or concerns were addressed quickly by someone on their team. Highly recommend!

Juan and his partner were amazing professional and friendly and work ethic like i have not seen in a long time these guys get it done . My fence is strong and smell amazing and looks well you can see in the pictures the free gate works great . Sam their saleswoman guide through the process and could not have gone smoother . Thank you Metro Fence . If you need fence work done theses guys would be my recommendation for sure .

The fence is absolutely beautiful! The work is of high quality, the product delivered was the one promised. They were in contact with me regularly and the work occurred on time and efficiently. They cleaned up the old fence and made sure throughout the project that I had input as necessary to ensure my satisfaction with the finished product. My fence was installed 8/18.
