AVA and Dr. Shepard does a fantastic job and really provides great care and advice for my ‘aging’ eyes. One of the best things about the practice is the efficiency and solid processes. They seem to always run on time! After my appointment, I get great new glasses with the Opticians next door at AVA Imagine.

This is a great place to get your eyes examined. They do take Medicare patients. The doctors are thorough and have the equipment so you don't have to get drops in your eyes. There is an optical shop across the hall; a clerk there helped me find some frames and for the frames and two sets of lenses, it was a very reasonable price compared to others, even though
the optical shop doesn't take Medicare.

They are amazing!!! The service is great. The doctors are truly the best in town and always professional, helpful and patient. The glasses are super pretty and the staff spends as much time as needed helping you find the perfect pair. It’s always so nice going here…how many doctor’s offices can you say that about?!

The office staff and Dr. Donna Shepard are all so pleasant when we have our appointment.
