Dr. Cale Ashlock, D. C. is a board-certified chiropractor and owner of Active Approach Chiropractic. His mission is to support better health and wellness in his hometown of Tulsa and beyond, and he became a chiropractor to provide safe, personalized care. Dr. Ashlock believes all patients can improve with the right treatment, which means treating your needs-not just symptoms!
The nervous system controls and regulates every system in your body. It is responsible for the communication between your brain and body, so you can perform mentally and physically. It gives you life and affects how you experience it! Knowing how important the nervous system is, it makes sense that spine health is the foundation of your total health.
But, he takes the time to make it a personal and comfortable experience so you are confident in the care you are receiving. I have had total relief from migraines under his care which has given me such a greater quality of everyday life. So thankful for everything he has done for me! I've suffered with headaches / migraines for a few years, but after my 1st visit I have finally had relief.

I love going here and have been feeling so much better since I’ve been going. Before I started going I could barely move because I was in so much pain now I can move somewhat but have to go more to see a better result but would 100 percent recommend they are so nice in there and if you go in earlier then your scheduled visit they’ll see you if nobody is there and it’s a quick in and out!!!

Just a few basics of the overall office, parking is shared between multiple businesses, it is handicap accessible. There is a public bathroom. They can do on-site x-rays, preferably by appointment, clean and well kept office. They accept multiple kinds of insurance and patience with no insurance. They see infants to elders.
My personal review, let's start with the office manager / admin she is literally the nicest person and always greets with the cheerful smile and hello and very well organized! I am in my late 20s and I have struggled

I have had headaches (some minor and some major) consistently over the past 7 years. I saw physicians, had scans done, and took medication every day for a while to try to prevent them from happening. Nothing worked! However, I saw Dr. Ashlock at the beginning of January 2020. He took x-rays and reviewed the findings with me. He noticed what other… medical professionals didn't. He saw that there was an issue with my C5 and helped me understand that the stress my C5 was under was ultimately causing the headaches.
After a few weeks of seeing Dr. Ashlock, my headaches are gone 🙌 I did

Active Approach makes my family feel at home! For anyone nervous about going to a chiropractor, I would highly recommend Dr Ashlock! He makes you feel comfortable about being there and explains what he’s about to do before he does it! I was in constant everyday pain before coming to active approach and now it’s down to very little and hoping one day to be pain free. And I think coming here I will achieve that! Thanks active approach!

I came in to this office because I had this pretty intense neck pain for the last week or so, The chiropractor rush through my assessment and insisted that I had x-rays done. at the end of the x-rays she told me she would make another appointment for me, I explained to her that I was very busy and flying out in the country and couldn't get back for another couple weeks she sent me on my way and build me $288 and did absolutely nothing. I highly recommend saving your money and getting a massage instead.

Dr. Kilian is awesome! I've been going here for 3 years now. She always knows how to help you and is very knowledgable about so much!
She specializes in pregnancy, babies, and children that have autism as well.
Her receptionist is very friendly and helpful as well.
If you suffer from sinus issues, back pain, neck pain, ear issues, or just want to be healthier she can help you out.
She's open Monday- Thursday and stays open until 6 and during lunch, which is very convenient.
About once a month she gives lectures on this such as vaccines, sleep, etc that are always interesting.
