The postpartum period brings many drastic changes, biomechanically, emotionally, and spiritually. We often forget how much time is needed for healing and recovery. New moms are considered to be in the postpartum healing phase for up to a year.

We absolutely love this place. The quality of care goes above and beyond any expectation that I could have. The FSC team is lovable, passionate, and insanely kind. At FSC you are truly not a patient but a part of the family. They go above and beyond to make sure that you are comfortable and well informed. This is a completely safe place. No matter who you are or what you believe in, you are welcome here. We love our adjustment days but even just being in this atmosphere makes me feel better. Absolutely the best chiropractic care my son and I have received. The entire staff is amazing and treats us like family. Free Spirit has the most caring staff and they really personalize your health journey and take the time to get to know you! You can always tell they really care about your health and wellness. I always feel so welcomed! I’ve experienced a big improvement in pain in my back/neck. And routine chiropractic care has improved my overall mental health and physical wellness! This place is a breathe of fresh air! I was having trouble sleeping and only getting a couple hours of sleep a night from pain in my legs due to pregnancy and acid reflux. I immediately felt so much better even after my first adjustment and was able to sleep finally and feel so much more relaxed. I love their holistic approach and how they get to the root cause of problems. They have created such a comfortable environment. It is awesome being able to bring my boys with me to my appointments. Everyone who works there is full of joy and such a light. It’s apparent they truly care about the wellbeing

The entire staff at Free Spirit are incredible! I highly recommend them to everyone! They have made me so comfortable throughout my entire pregnancy and I fully attribute the perfect position of my baby for labor to their skills! I started because of pregnancy but I’ll continue seeing them regularly to maintain the best health long after pregnancy! Truly cannot recommend them enough.
