I went to this lawyer for some custody issues that I was having with my ex-husband, from my first cunsultation, it didn’t seem like he care about my case, what he was more excited was to talk about his fees, We went in front of the judge and this lawyer was not ready for my case, he didnt know what to say because he had to look on my file in front of the jugde to see what to say, it was really embarrasing. My husband’s work recommended this guy. He didn’t listen, was very rude, it took 6 months to get temporary custody of my husband’s daughter, he was rude to me as I had to do most of the taking due to my husband having a language barrier. My husband was supposed to be given his retainer fee back as long as his daughter’s mother didn’t contest the case which she didn’t. She didn’t even show up to court. And then Chad lied and said it was contested because it was hard to serve her the papers. It was a little difficult but my husband paid the hundreds of dollars it took to find his daughters

We were in an accident in a parking lot. A guy ran a stop sign and smashed our car. The car could not be driven. The driver's insurance company refused to fix my car. After avoiding all of my calls and not taking responsibility for the car repair, and body shop storage , and rental car.
